How very Swank- beautiful family/pet friendly beach house blocks to beach access

Make some memories at this unique and family and pet friendly beach house! We are blocks from the beach in a great house that includes everything you need for a spectacular beach vacation. There is a bunk room for the kids, 2 great bedrooms for the adults, and a pull out couch. We have all of your needs met with beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, grill, and fire pit in the back yard ready to use with a lovely water view! We stock the house with everything from paper goods to laundry soap!
The space
The bunk room has 2 sets of adorable bunk beds. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and the main bedroom has a king bed! There is a queen size pull out couch as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a drip coffee maker as well as a Keureg! There is a dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools. Laundry room has a washer and a dryer for your use.
Guest access
The whole house is accessible including the garage. There is a totally separate 1 bedroom apartment on property for owner use but that is completely separated from the rental space and has a side door so guests will never be bothered.
Other things to note
There is room for 3 vehicles on the left of the garage and left of the driveway. Windmark community is adorable with a main street that has an ice cream shop, a pizza place, a cafe, and several other shops and restaurants. At the end is the pool and beach access.
The home is perfectly situated between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe within a fifteen minute drive. You can find more shops and restaurants in both cute cities. There are none of the crazy crowds here so this will be a great beach vacation.
There are several businesses that rent bikes and golf carts if you like to get around the community like that.
