Wonderful home in a wonderful area. Everything you need is provided and the property is in excellent shape. The screen porches are where we spent most of our time when not out on the beach. We would definitely rent this house again without hesitation.

We have 4 generations from 74 to almost 1. We had a great time. the internet went down for several hours so we couldn't watch TV but we still had a great time together. We loved the beach and pool and time with each other. the Place was a picture we didn't use the bunk room. the Living room furniture had changed from the pictures but there was still plenty of room for everyone. We made many memories .

Perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen well equipped. We ate in every meal. Nice to look out the shower and see the beach and watch the waves. Pool was a life saver for the kids that did not want to go to the beach. Loved the house so much we already booked to stay again next year. Highly recommend bug spray with deet for the beach. Biting flies were bad.

The location was excellent and the beach was perfect, white sand and blue waters. The house was just as listed. There were lots of seating areas throughout the house and outside . The pool was perfect and actually a refreshing cool spot after the beach. Only issue was cleaning was not up to my expectations there were children’s clothing in a drawer and tooth paste and brush in medicine cabinet. But again the beach was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so convenient to the beach and the private pool was very nice. My kids had such a great time in the bunk room. We will definitely consider this place again in our future vacations!

We had a great time in this beach house. The house was clean and Matt was quick to respond to any questions. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the screened-in balcony. We also used the pool every day! The area was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. One of the negatives was the living room furniture. It's very worn and uncomfortable. Also, we were not thrilled with the bunk beds being in the bedroom on the main floor. Our granddaughters slept on the main floor and all the adults were upstairs. All in all, this beach house had everything we needed and we had a really great time!
