GULF FRONT – This four bedroom/ four bath home is located on Indian Pass and has everything needed for that perfect beach vacation. The large open parking underneath the home, as well as additional parking in the driveway, offers enough space for you to bring your boat. Conveniently located on the side of the home is a generous size fish cleaning sink, perfectly laid out for easy use.

This beautiful home has two flights of stairs – however for a small fee the elevator is available to the renters. The elevator starts at the ground floor and can stop at each floor. Located on the first floor is three master bedrooms with separate master bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have amazing views of the gulf with private balconies. Each of the master bedrooms have a king size bed, plasma TV's, spacious closets, glass double doors walking out to the decks, and MUCH MORE. Two of the master bathrooms have double sinks, tile showers and private toilet areas. The third master bath has double sinks and a combo shower/tub. All three master bathrooms are very spacious...

The second level is where you will find the delightfully laid out kitchen, living room and dining area—all with amazing gulf views. In the kitchen you will find a four eye gas stove with oven, large double door refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, microwave and large island adjoining to the bar complete with additional seating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking items needed to be that chef you have also wanted to be! The dining area, that seats eight, is by far the best location to enjoy your dinner. Every diner will enjoy the breath taking views of the deserted beaches, unbelievable sunsets, and wonderful gulf breezes. The 4th bedroom and bathroom is also located on this floor, facing the bay side.

Enjoy the miles and miles of deserted beaches and beautiful sunsets from the decks or walk down to the beach and relax while listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean. Need at little more action? Grab your fishing pole and fish from the shore, walk along the shoreline and find sea shells, go crabbing, watch the dolphins play or watch the sea turtles hatch. The list goes on and on – There is absolutely something for everyone!

Another Amazing Stay

This is probably the 5th or 6th time our family has stayed at Searenity for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths, a clean and well maintained home, and privacy, privacy, privacy. No fighting for spots on the beautiful beach. An incredible value for an incredible beach home.

This was our 9th summer at Searenity, and it was excellent as always. Property received a much needed freshening since our stay last summer. A few items still need updating but that is not uncommon for a 11 year old popular rental. Looking forward to next summer.

Better than the pictures

We stayed for four nights and wish we had booked a longer stay. Our family loved the home - especially the screened porches. We found the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. The home was clean and well kept. We used the elevator for two seniors in our party - it worked well and was extremely helpful. We would love to stay again.

The home was just as pictured, beautifully decorated and lovely views. The screened decks were the best. There were many roaches in the kitchen but I left a note for the cleaning crew so hope they addressed that. I would suggest replacing face cloths, The ones we saw in the closet had certainly seen better days, very stained. With all that said, we had a great time and will reserve again when we go to the beach again.

Great Time

House was excellent and a very good location. Would stay here again. Only negative was no Wi-Fi during the entire stay, and listing company had a couple different reasons why that didn’t seem to be the real issue.

Beachy Perfection

This beach house was absolutely perfect for a 3 day Gulf getaway. It is wonderfully appointed and decorated and the gulf front location and views are stunning. Bright and airy, comfortable beds, and equipped with all of the necessities! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This vacation home was just as advertised. Location was absolutely wonderful. The family really enjoyed the “private” beach. I would rate it a 10 out of 5, that’s how great it was.

Beautiful house on a quiet beach

We had an amazing vacation at Searinity! The house was amazing and Indian Pass was quiet as usual (that is why we come here). The house was perfect for our family. We were celebrating everything we haven’t been able to celebrate in the last year. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

Property was exactly as described. You can walk directly from the house to the ocean. Property Manager communication was great via text. Beach is very private; our family and dog really enjoyed the ocean. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Great Beach House!

Our two families of 4 (8 total) loved our stay at this property. The house was in good shape and as described on the listed. Loved the 2 masters overlooking the ocean. Just steps from Indian Pass beach for pure seclusion. Property management communication was great and they went above and beyond when my son left his favorite stuffed animal. We will definitely rent this house again.

Baseline: Nearly Perfect with Inperfections

Overall, my family and I had a nice stay, and Brittany was mostly very responsive via text. The pictures are really worth a thousand words and tell the story of the property well, and it's positive. But I do have some frustrations, and they can all be filed under management of the property/situation. We did not receive a rental agreement until the day of check in. As such, we were well on our way to the house and I could have easily missed it. In this text it was also shared that the internet connectivity was spotty at times, even though it is clearly listed as an amenity on Vrbo. After we arrived and were pretty wiped out from a long drive, we sat down to watch some streaming TV, and it became a frequent issue. There were times it was unusable. The reviews from other guests have been glowing, with many raving of cleanliness. We have not found that to be the case. Drawers with crumbs, cabinet liners with mold-looking spots on them (kitchen), the lower bathroom's shower curtain has mold on it, and the outdoor sink was left with a dirty knife and emptied water bottles just left there. We are frequent renters of properties like this.I can understand a limited supply of consumable materials, like toilet paper, but this was surprisingly low. No paper towels were available despite a roll holder in the kitchen. Three dishwasher pods and no dish soap is odd. Hardly any trash bags, yet an expectation to take the trash out. The property is amazing, but not without its issues.

Paradise!

Everything about the home and the location was paradise! The home was decorated impeccably and had everything needed to have a wonderful time. The screened porches were wonderful to sit out on and watch the sunset and afternoon storm clouds roll by. The most exciting thing for all of us over 60’s was the elevator! It made hauling our baggage, groceries, etc. a breeze. Well worth the additional cost! Thanks to the owner for providing us with such a great place to unwind. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Great home!

This location was booked as Cape San Blas, but really was PortSt Jo, which was fine but lots of driving on the beach and no white sand, like you find at Cape San Blas. We had a great week! And we found the Donna Kay!!

Great girls trip

Every year a group of 6/7 of us go to the beach. This year we wanted to try someplace different. Weather was so/so in April. The house is phenomenal and Lisa was great to work with and very responsive. Unfortunately, they were doing beach work for the next door lot and so we had heavy machinery and noise each day we were there. There was dog smell on 1 comforter which we had a replacement one we used in the closet. We had a great time at the house and visiting Port St Joe as well as Apalachicola as this was a perfect midway point. We even hit the bar up the street:)

Searenity

Our favorite house on Indian Pass. Sixth stay in the past ten years. House has obviously aged since our first stay in 2015 but it is still in good shape. Experienced exceptional weather, blue/green water (which is not the norm) and actually wished for the afternoon pop up showers but they never came. New rental on the lot to the west (it's close), and plenty of new construction on the Pass. Not as quiet as it used to be, but beaches are still relatively empty. Mismatched pots& pans, lids lacking, but kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Disliked that the under counter ice maker was replaced by a wine fridge. Furniture in good shape although I think it's time for mattresses to be replaced. Touch up interior painting needed along with minor repairs (toilet paper holders, wall/door dings, etc). Searenity could really use a deep clean but hard to do when it is rented the majority of the year. That said, we are already booked for next summer.

Wonderful beach house! But it is the beach…nature rules!

The house is very nice. We’ve used it previously, it’s always a great dwelling. This time, though, it was slightly different. Not quite enough towels for a family of 6, but we brought beach towels and used them, also there is a washer/dryer. Many of the light bulbs were blown, we had to purchase and replace quite a few, but some were still blown. Had a lot of trouble with the cable/internet however, they did everything within their power to correct it, the power Comp was flitting around a building site next door, power was turned off, by them, for a short while. They probably did something to mess it up, because cable/internet was out after that. The property Mgr worked on the phone nearly all day to the cable comp, then sent her IT husband over to the house to try and fix it. We are very beholding to them for all of that, even though none of it fixed the problem lol. However, the cable Comp finally figured out the issue and it was resolved within 72 hours +/- You cannot beat this place for quiet and solitude, it’s a heavenly, beautiful, tranquil, area for those who are on stimulation overload. They have a pelletized ice machine that makes excellent ice for those frosty beverages. (Like old Sonic ice) margaritas! We were there for 2 weeks in Oct. The first week it stormed, the second we had Red Tide all week, so, our beach outings consisted of us running out between storms the first week and then non existent the second, with dead fish everywhere from red tide, but that is just something you have to factor in when you stay at the beach. We enjoyed watching the storms roll in over the gulf and the lightening dancing on the water. The Red Tide, however, was unbearable. We used that time to check out Apalachicola, which is only about 25 mins down the road. There is def enough to do there to hang out a couple days and it’s very laid back, but a beer, walk around and sip it til the next beer spot lol. Lots of great food and drinks! Shopping too! Be sure and eat some oysters at Hole in the Wall there in Apalachicola! Port St Joe is also a nice, quaint village but very small and you can shop it in a day, but the food is worth more than a day. Try to hit some of those restaurants! Don’t skip the Indian Raw Bar either, very good food and Cat 5 has great take out FRESH seafood!
