Beachfront Bliss: Heated Pool, Stunning Sunsets, Steps from State Park

** Please note this home only rents from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break, Summer Peak Season and Fall Breaks** Please contact for off-season accommodations.

Wind down Secluded Dunes at the North end of the Cape and leave your worries behind. Breathtaking views await you from your third floor living space. Kick back on our swing on the screened porch and relax.

Sunsation has 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths! Sleeps 12.

The Gulf front Master has a king sized bed and has been reconfigured and newly decorated. A second king bedroom is now available. The Gulf front guest room has 2 full beds. The bunk room has 2 twin bunks. The road to Sunsation is now paved all the way to the gates to Secluded Dunes! ***
Pool may be heated upon request and $250 fee ***
**Please note that there is a carriage house that is now located in the front of the home. It is a private residence and has its own parking (please do not block) and beach access. The carriage house can not be rented.

Perfect Spot: Ideal Beach Location, Heated Pool & Fishing Gem

Our stay at this Gulf Front property exceeded all expectations! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering the most spectacular sunset views right from our balcony every evening and all day surf fishing. The newly added heated pool was a fantastic feature that our whole family enjoyed, especially when we wanted a break from the sand.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location provided easy access to local restaurants and activities while still feeling private and peaceful.Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway, and we're already planning our return visit for next year!

Cape review

Due to elevator being down the stairs were rather hard on me and my husband couldn’t come down. The house was very nice but I would have chosen a different place due to all the stairs if we could have foreseen elevator problems, which I know owners cannot control either.

Perfect Location and beautiful house

Perfect for our party of 8, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The front porch swing was a beautiful spot to sit and read. We loved this area and the quietness. Kids loved the pool in the morning and ocean in the afternoon. All the beach toys they had were well enjoyed. Would definitely rrecommend this house.

This is by far my favorite house on the cape. We had an amazing time over Christmas! The view is perfect and there are beach chairs and toys- super convenient. We’ll be back!

2 weeks at Cape San Blas

There were some issues with the residence. Of course we should have known these things before booking. We prefer a master on the living level. The pool heated would have been nice but we opted not to spend more money. Also, we had 30 steps up and down to get to the beach. We didn’t have pictures to help us to know that , I am handicapped and one of our dogs is 15 years old. Made it very difficult. Otherwise the house was nice and we appreciated the elevator. It took us around 16 hrs to get home. Don’t think we will be going anywhere anytime soon.

Sunsation is sensational!!!

This was our second year at Sunsation! The house is absolutely beautiful and the recently added pool is the perfect addition to an already complete home. The house has everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs and several beach toys. While the house is perfect the only thing that makes it better is your host Mare, she is quite literally the best. She is responsive to any questions and not only knows the area but also knows the local people. She is a delight to talk to and we have enjoyed our conversations and getting to know her. We can’t wait to come back to Sunsation next year!!!

House with a view!

We love Cape San Blas and Secluded Dunes but this was our first time to this house. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The set up worked well for our family of 7. Mare was responsive to issues during our stay. We would stay again.

I love this home

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!

We had an absolute blast at Sunsation over the Thanksgiving holiday!!! House was soooo clean when we arrived, kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was furnished beautifully! The kitchen island was huge, so we had plenty of room for food prep. Loved having the outdoor shower and elevator. And Mare was super helpful when we had questions! We'll be back!

Exactly as advertised. Right on beach with steps away from the ocean. Great kitchen space. Very comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive with our only minor maintenance (elevator) issue - fixed very quickly (on a weekend!). Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We loved our stay at Sunsation. The house was as beautiful as advertised and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We had zero issues during our stay and the house was wonderfully equipped with plenty of chairs, coolers and even beach gear. There were bowls for the dogs and even dog towels. There isn't anything that the owners didn't think of. I personally enjoyed the porch swing overlooking the pristine emerald waters of the gulf. You cannot beat the location! It's quiet and far enough from the condos to not have any issues with crowds, etc. We had about 75-100 feet on each side of us on any given day. This house was everything we could have wanted and more. We can't wait to come back and have already booked for next year. 5 stars all the way!

Relaxing Vacation!

We had never been to Cape San Blas before and we had a wonderful time. It is now our favorite beach! This house is at the north end of the Cape - the water was beautiful and not many people on the beach! We loved it and hope to go back!

Beautiful view of the gulf

This home gives you a great view of the gulf. We loved being able to access the house quickly with small children. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items and had plenty of room to move around with a group. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions or needs and that was really appreciated. We had a wonderful week!

Vacation of our Dreams

Just got home after seven glorious days at Mare’s Sunsation home. Family of ten including three grandkids. Never imagined we’d find a place so perfect. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and the most private beach week ever. Mare is an absolute joy to work with and we all loved daily visits with her sweet dog Topher. Cannot wait to return. Would give a zillion stars plus some to this gem!

Wonderful Beach House!

Really enjoyed this home. The location can't be beat - steps from the state park & endless, uncrowded, powder-sand beach! The lay-out of the home was great for us - 3 teen girls in bunk room on first level, 3 bedrooms for adults & older teens on 2nd level, living room & kitchen on top/3rd level. Elevator made unloading groceries & luggage very manageable. Nice supply of beach chairs & boogie boards. Mare is a wonderful host - tried to help us with pontoon boat rental when none were available. Would definitely stay again!

BEST VACAY EVER

Sensation was exactly the peace my family needed! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need. The screened in deck overlooking the gulf was our favorite place to be, when we were not walking on the beach. This is the first vacation that got my teenage daughter off her phone! We will definitely be back!
