Corner apartment with windows on three sides, with a wonderful view of the beach, the village of Zandvoort and the dunes behind the village.

The apartment is 70 m2 and has: bedroom with a double bed (200x180cm), kitchen, bathroom with two sinks and a shower, a separate toilet, and a large living room with a bed (200x90cm) and spacious south-facing balcony. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade. A supermarket is located next to the apartment building. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area.

The train station is a four-minute walk from the apartment. Trains run to Haarlem and Amsterdam every half an hour.

Public paid parking spaces are in front of the building. Less expensive long term parking is available in a 10-minute walk.

House rules:
 - No smoking in the whole building (apartment, balcony, elevator, etc,)
 - Take off your shoes in the apartment,
- No parties, visitors are not allowed,
- Maximum 2 people, no children and no pets.

Wie von uns gewünscht, direkt am Boulevard mit super Aussicht auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist schon ein paar Jahre älter, aber top sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles fürs tägliche Leben vorhanden. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass ein Supermarkt quasi direkt vor der Haustür ist. LEIDER KEIN ABSTELLATZ FÜR FAHRRÄDER . Kostenlos im Fietsstallen im Ort sicher abstellbar, leider ca. 600m entfernt. Auch kein Abstellplatz fürs Auto! Man muss wissen, dass es NULL kostenlose Parkplätze in Zandvoort gibt. Großer kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in ca. 1,3 km Entfernung! War aber insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

Eine wundervolle Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick. Der weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt dauert noch nicht mal eine Minute. Eine schöne Stadt mit Boutiquen ist höchstens 3 gehminuten entfernt. Einfach alles perfekt nah.

Die Wohnung hat einen super Balkon mit Sicht über den Boulevard und Strand. GENIAL !Allerdings schon sehr teuer, man bezahlt im Endeffekt die Aussicht.

Großartiges Appartement

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem 6-stöckigen Gebäude direkt an der Promenade und mit Blick auf den Strand und die Nordsee. Leider gibt es ab diesem Jahre keine kostenlosen Parkplätze mehr in Zandvoort (auch nicht am Parkplatz Zuid). Die Tageskarte kostet 15€, eine Wochenkarte kann man für 50€ buchen. Im Prinzip braucht man kein Auto. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt und es fahren halbstündliche Züge nach Amsterdam. Man kann sogar das Nachtleben in Amsterdam probieren. Die Züge fahren ca. bis Mitternacht noch zurück (auch halbstündlich!)

Tolles Appartement mit super Aussicht auf das Meer

😊 Sehr schönes Appartement, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Tolle Aussicht von jedem Zimmer auf das Meer. 😏Appartement ist allerdings teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Schade, dass kein Besuch gestattet war. Die Dusche hatte leider keinen Ablageplatz und auch keinen Haltegriff. Parkplatzsituation ist suboptimal, da man immer ca. 15 min laufen musste und die elektronische Schranke mit dem zugewiesenen QR Code nur ab und an funktioniert hatte.

Na ja!

Abgewohnte, renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Ausstattung mit Geschirr zum großen Teil gestückelt und alt. Der Wunsch des Vermieters sich in der Wohnung leise zu verhalten wird konterkariert durch ein bei Betreten laut knarzendes Podest unterhalb des Fensters und Lärmbelästigung bis spät in die Nacht durch unterhalb der Wohnung gelegenen Parkplatz für Motorräder und Roller. Insgesamt bei dem doch hohen Preis eine Erfahrung die wir nicht wiederholen werden.

Die Ferien-Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür. Kostenloser Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Super Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, aber ziemlich abgewohnt. Kommunikation, Check in alles super gelaufen. Waren schöne Tage.

Großartiger Blick vom 4.Stock,komfortabel eingerichtet,direkt am Meer,tolle Fahrradgarage (5Min zu Fuss),aber Vermieter hat große Angst vor Lärmbelästigung der Nachbarn, erlaubt keinen Besuch und keine 3.Person (große Nische mit Bett vorhanden.Für 2ruhige Personen genau richtig.Gerne wieder.

Das Objekt ist super. Was stört sind die vielen Verbote und Vorschriften (z.B. Besuch empfangen für kurze Zeit). Meine Tochter war zeitgleich in Zandvoort, konnte die Wohnung aber wegen des Verbots nicht begutachten. Schade.

Heerlijk verblijf in dit prachtige appartement op een schitterende locatie pal aan het strand. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een fijn bed met goed ondersteunend matras. Communicatie met eigenaar was top!

Fantastisk udsigt fra super lejlighed

En lejlighed som absolut ikke kan ligge bedre. Dejlig lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver og er helt vild udsigt. Området er meget spændende med store badestrande utallige spisesteder og tæt på Lisse/Keukenhof som var vort hovedformål med rejsen. Men vi blev grebet af stemningen i Zandvoort. Kan hel sikkert anbefales.
