Craving calm and looking to recharge? Look no further, this house is the ideal place. Its exceptional view of the Rance makes it a peaceful location. You only need to go to the garden to enjoy the horizon and the soothing water view, where you can even catch a glimpse of Saint-Hubert bridge.

Direct access to the boat ramp below is via a private staircase. You can store your paddleboards and other water leisure equipment there. The house's reserved spaces also allow you to store your watercraft if you wish. 2 nautical centres are located 5 km on each side of the house for the pleasure of young and old.

The house has a garden and terrace, which will be your favourite refuge during beautiful days. Here, you will enjoy savouring your breakfast, playing with children or simply taking a moment of pause.

As for the interior, it has been tastefully fitted and furnished. Its cosy living room invites relaxation in front of a television film. The dining room encourages convivial moments around good meals, and finally, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped to prepare your dishes with ease. It is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

The house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, has 3 bedrooms. The first is peaceful and comfortable thanks to its blue colour, view and large queen-size bed. The second, in green tones, has a double bed and also benefits from a view of the Rance. Finally, upstairs under the roof, a large room where children will love spending time, with 3 single beds, a play area and a reading corner.

For children, a travel cot, a pushchair and a high chair are available.

Finally, the house also has a modern bathroom where you will enjoy relaxing, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, electric heating and three reserved parking spaces.
