This updated two-bedroom condo is a lovely home-base for a Vermont vacation! Adored for its coveted location and convenience to so many activities, it really boasts the best of both worlds.
Bright and clean, this one-level unit has all the comforts of home. The primary suite is spacious and inviting—especially the king bed with divine linens. A second bedroom with four bunks is perfect for children to tuck into, warm and snug. The open concept living, dining, kitchen areas are furnished nicely in neutral colorways and provide space for all. A pullout sofa and gas fireplace in the living room makes for a cozy spot for the occasional guest.
The Lodge at Spruce Peak's Toll House condos are terrific for outdoor activities and fun, any time of year! As a guest, you have access to the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic tables, and greenspace for yard games. Local shops and restaurants dot the length of the Mountain Road and lure you into the historic village.
During winter months, a convenient path connects you to the Toll House lift and Mount Mansfield's ski trails. To hit the high-speed quad for first runs, the drive to the resort is less than two miles—or take the complimentary shuttle with a stop 0.1 miles away (the shuttle is also a great way to get down to town). For cross-country skiers, the Nordic center is just a short walk away! Additional amenities at Spruce Peak include an outdoor skating rink, shops, and restaurants.
From spring-autumn, be first in line to drive up the Toll Road—affording views to New Hampshire, New York, and Quebec, on a clear day! Walk to Bingham Falls, Smugglers Notch State Park, or to the adjacent Nordic Center—home to a beautiful network of trails along the river, perfect for beating the heat! If you time it right, the fall foliage on the mountain across the street provides the most picturesque backdrop for photos—let us know if you need help sourcing a photographer for family photos!
