Located on the 4th floor next to the main lodge, this ski-in/ski-out retreat is just steps from the lifts and village. The lower level features a mountain-view king suite with a balcony and a soaking tub, plus a fun double-bunk room with its own bath. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling views of Mt. Mansfield, a gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. A queen bedroom with an ensuite bath provides additional comfort for guests. Perfect year-round, this modern mountain getaway blends style, space, and unbeatable location.

Loved this property! Beautiful view, comfortable beds, very clean, host easy to work with. It is right next door to the main lodge which has restaurant and there is cute coffe shop at base of mountain which is also right there. Gorgeous place to stay!

Perfect Fall Get Away!

We had a wonderful stay in this meticulously kept and outfitted tree house. The views of Mount Mansfield were stunning from every room. The changing leaves and the access to Stowe Mountain Resort amenities were just what we needed!

Spring Skiing

We had a great stay over spring break with my two sons. The condo was new, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy. Everything was exactly as described, and the check-in process was smooth. We’re already hoping to come back and rent again over the Christmas holidays!

We had such a wonderful stay here. Honestly, we couldn't ask for more. This unit is beautiful, very well appointed, clean and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Perfectly situated in the Spruce Peak Resort which was equally beautiful during this summer visit. Communications & directions were efficient, friendly and easy to understand.
