The cabin is a private clean, spacious 2400+ sq ft, 2 level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family vacation home.

Located in a peaceful setting on Chief Lake on the west side of the Chippewa Flowage. 15 miles to Hayward which has grocery stores, Walmart and many other stores

The space
The cabin has an up north feel to it with the knotty pine interior and decor.
There are seven beds and can sleep up to nine comfortably. There is a futon if you need more sleeping area. Contact me and we can discuss possible options for a couple more people.
Located on the upper level is an attached four-season sunroom with many screened sliding windows that lets the breeze come through and has a great view of the lake. Once you pass through the sunroom you enter into the main part of the upper level which has an open area living. In this area is the kitchen with island, dining area, living room with a 64 inch TV. There are double sliding patio doors leading out to a 12‘ x 25‘ lake facing deck. On the deck are comfortable wicker style patio chairs with cushions, a round outdoor patio table with chairs and a gas barbecue. From the deck is a set of stairs leading down to the lake front yard.
Also located on the main level is a full bathroom, two bedrooms, spacious hallway closet and stairs leading down to the walkout level living area.
BEDROOMS UPPER LEVEL
The two bedrooms located on this level each have a king-size bed. One bedroom has two closets and two dressers the other bedroom has a walk-in closet with a built in dresser. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and sliding doors.
BEDROOM WALKOUT LEVEL
The bunk room has two full-size beds one twin and two twin upper bunk beds.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has newer black stainless appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave, coffee maker, toaster and crockpot. Also furnished are plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, coffee filters, mixing bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, hot pot holders, measuring cups and spoons, griddle, tin foil, trash bags, barbecue utensils, can opener, dish soap for both the dishwasher and by hand.
Basically you just have to bring your food and enjoy your stay.
WALKOUT LEVEL
On the walkout level there are two more sliding doors that go out to a lake side concrete patio, and a lakeside level yard to play, relax in and has a campfire area. On this level of the cabin is a family room with 70 inch tv, wet bar area, a second full size refrigerator / freezer with icemaker, as well as a pizza oven and microwave.
There is a game area with a table and chairs for games and puzzle building, (we have numerous puzzles and some games for your enjoyment) a bathroom with shower and the bunk room.
Guest access
PARKING and BOAT LAUNCH
We have on site parking for 4 - 5 vehicles and up to two boat trailers. There is no parking allowed on the street.
A public boat launch is located 2/10 of a mile down the street.
PONTOON
Other things to note
In the evening sitting by the campfire and watching the sunset is always a great time. We supply an ample amount of firewood along with marshmallow roasting sticks.
With the rental of the cabin comes the free use of a 14 foot Aluma craft rowboat, 17 foot, Luma craft canoe, 2 - one person kayaks, a floating swim platform, a dock system with boat tie ups, should you decide to bring a boat. We have many lifejackets from infant size to XXL There is bocce ball, croquet and corn hole boards for your use.
AMENITIES
We include fresh bed linens, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels and toilet paper.
The Chippewa Flowage, is 15,300-acres of water with about 200 undeveloped islands, it is Wisconsin's third-largest lake and boasts a highly irregular, wooded and generally undeveloped 233-mile shoreline.
If you enjoy fishing the Chippewa Flowage has world record musky, plenty of sunfish, crappie, walleye, northern pike, small and largemouth bass as well as other fish species. You can catch sunfish, bass and pike right off of the dock at almost any time.
Our cabin has a quiet neighborhood at night which allows you to enjoy a evening campfire while hearing the sounds of the water and the loons calling out to each other.
MOSQUITO AND PEST CONTROL
We do our best to rid the property of unwanted flying pests by treating the property for mosquitoes and have a mosquito magnet in operation. However some of those pesky friends are still around.
Please remember to bring sunscreen, bug spray, fishing gear, beach towels, outdoor camp chairs, hat and sunglasses.
