Beautiful two bedroom condo overlooking the beach in Spinnaker Condominiums on the 4th floor. Access to tennis courts, heated swimming pool on the 2nd floor. Condo has one large SmartTV with xfinity, netflix, amazon prime, etc. and a regular TV in the bedroom with xfinity cable, internet, undergound parking, 8 beach tags. You will have spectacular views of the beach and ocean from the private veranda.
You will be in the heart of Sea Isle City, so you can bike or walk to almost everywhere that you want to go. Its just steps away from the condo until your toes hit the sand.
*Rental is Friday to Friday. (avoid the traffic)

Great beachfront location

You can't beat the location of this property. There is a great view of the beach from the balcony. The proximity to the beach, pool, shops, and restaurants is fantastic. The owner is very responsive and helpful, and supplied bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach umbrella that were very useful. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little out of date.
