Beachfront Boca Adventures - Private Beach & Dock!

Come enjoy the ocean views right on the water at our Beach Front Boca Grande Adventure Property! This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath luxury home with an open, airy floor plan sleeps up to 12 and has space for the entire family and is the perfect place to enjoy both the sand and water with our Adventure Package (see below for details)! Skip renting water toys from another vendor and spend the afternoon on the water with our sea kayaks and paddle boards stored right onsite in the garage! We even have beach cruiser bicycles and a 6-seater golf cart ready for you to explore the island in true Boca Grande fashion!

North facing oceanfront views from the master suite and anywhere else from the back of the house, no matter which floor. Large back yard with remote controlled hot tub and heated pool right next to 100 feet of private white sand beach with direct access to the open water, 3 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico or 2 minutes to Cape Have Aquatic Preserve or Gasparilla Sound from our private dock. We also have a guest boat lift and 39' of deep-water dock space! (Lift limited to 5,000 lbs. boat weight)

Spend your vacation lounging pool or seaside, take a walk to the north tip of Boca Grande Island at low tide for some of the State's best shelling, or fishing around the docks along the beach. Enjoy the breeze off the water from the lanai patio deck on the ground level or the enclosed veranda and deck on the second floor. Quick driving or golf cart access to Boca's best restaurants or go home-cooked in the large kitchen with a large breakfast nook and larger dining area at your disposal. Family meals are no problem with multiple options to eat both indoors and out with the entire family.

Master suite on the top floor has a king bed with panoramic views of the water and built-in desk space for remote working if you have to clock-in for a few hours. This suite also has a large bathroom that includes Jack & Jill sinks with large walk-in shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Other bedrooms include a king, two queens and a pair of double beds for the kids.


Our Adventure Package is INCLUDED in your VRBO lease and includes garage access with 3x kayaks, 3x paddle boards, life jackets, bicycles, helmets, and our 6-seater golf cart. Please inquire with us for more information.

Enjoyed our week in Boca Grande. Had a couple of issues, however the Property Management team was highly responsive and accommodating. Owner was also helpful and timely with questions prior to our arrival.

Gorgeous house

Another wonderful vacation with family at this beautiful Boca grande home. We’ve stayed here several years and it never disappoints! Great floor plan, private beach area and snook at the dock! Expect an evening visit from the local manatee!

We had a wonderful short stay with family. Very clean, very comfortable house right on the water, spacious, lots of nice outdoor spaces. Tons of wildlife to watch and fishing off the dock. We had a few questions for how to operate things and our questions were promptly answered. Would love to stay again!

Luxurious spacious house

My family were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday in Boca Grande and could not have enjoyed our stay more at this luxurious and comfortable house with all the amenities you could possibly need or want. Having a pool and a dock with beachfront it was great to have the views and access the water. Only downside was that it is pretty far from downtown.

Amazing Family Experience

The house is very well equipped, everything in good condition. We had two mishaps during our stay that were quickly resolved: the pool needed cleaning and the air in the main room failed, but everything flowed. The air was repaired on the spot and the pool had to wait a bit but they refunded part of our money for it. We would definitely come back, we loved it.

Incredible experience!!!

Nothing more I can say other than this may have been the best family vacation we’ve ever taken!!! The house was incredible and having the pool, beach and dock made it so we really never had to leave! We saw dolphins daily, had good fishing and the weather was perfect! And the island and downtown area were incredibly charming. And renting golf carts from Kappy’s made the trips into town easy and fun! Would definitely recommend it and we will be back!

Amazing vacation house

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at this house! It had even more space and amenities than we could even use in a weekend. Even though the house is so close to the road, it was a quiet and peaceful setting. The only drawback was the Trump flag flying at the house next door! Aside from that, I'd recommend this house and the real estate agency that rents it. Great communication and very helpful!

Wonderful long weekend get-away!

This lovely property was the perfect locale for a long weekend get-away with our family (we wish we could have stayed longer)! We had ages 10-84 and all were comfortable and had access to fun activities. In the few short days that we got to enjoy this property, we swam in the pool, took a dip in the water off the private beach, went kayaking, cooked meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, fished off the private dock, took a spin in the golf cart to explore the neighborhood, went sport fishing and more! The adults had their own rooms, and the kids (ages 10-17) were happy to sleep together in the bunk room (it was like summer camp for them!). Not only do I intend to make it back to the white sand beaches of beautiful Boca Grande, but I highly recommend this property for a fabulous and memorable family holiday!

Solace

We had booked the house for a family get together but my mom died unexpectedly the prior week. My son and I went. It was so healing. I can’t thank the owners enough for a true relaxing, healing and comfortable stay. I never imagined it would be grievance but it did the trick. We walked the beach. Nice with minor repairs needed

The house was beautiful in a great location (beware of the $6 toll that you must pay every time to get on the island). There were small issues like the trash being over flown and full of maggots from the previous guests, but the owner sent someone out to try and remedy the situation. The boat slip was not functional so we had to dock the boat overnight instead. The master bedroom got extremely hot during the day and the rest of the house struggled to stay cool too. There were some box fans in the house that helpped a little. Overall it was a great house to stay in with the family and we had a good time.

Beautiful Home and Location

The house and its location were AMAZING. It was our first time renting a home and it exceeded our expectations. The house has everything you could possibly need. The outside pool was nice and relaxing and had plenty of seating. The hot tub was not heated, but it was still nice. The only comment/recommendation I had about the house is that it had A LOT of doors, but they were kind of a tease because you weren’t supposed to use all of them. I understand the reasoning behind it, but it was inconvenient having to go up and down a flight of stairs each time we came back in the house when there were doors on the lower level that led directly to the pool. That one inconvenience was easily overlooked though because everything else was amazing.

Phenomenal Property!

What a property! From the moment my family & I walked in we were impressed by how beautiful and tastefully decorated this home was. Not only was it all exceptionally clean, but the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, the beds super soft, & there was space for everyone. The kitchen was also well equipped with condiments, serving platters, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and cups, glasses, plates, and cutlery galore...it was perfect. Outside there was a great grill, a beautiful dock, a huge pool, and enough chairs for everyone to sit together and enjoy each other's company. For the children there were tons of board games, toys, and books...lots of wonderful age appropriate books. I can't say enough good things about the property. The check in and check out process was simple and the property management company was easy to communicate with. Truly a property worth renting!

Slice of Paradise

This was the perfect location to stay. The house is beautiful and accommodated 8 adults comfortably. We used the pool, floaties in the gulf and the dock to rent a pontoon boat for gulf adventures. Would definitely recommend to others.
