The rear, overlooking the pool with lots of sunshine, and the front, a beautiful large porch overlooking the famous Boca Grande lighthouse. This porch provides shade and a wonderful area to catch up on a book, an outdoor snooze, or have a private conversation away from the main rooms of the home.
The other two bedrooms are at the other end of the home and provide a very private area for a family of four. Sharing a spa like bathroom, they have a queen bed in one room and two singles in the adjoining room.
