This Pilot Street beach house is the perfect getaway for your vacation. Three bedrooms, two full bath with a large great room and extended outdoor living space. Kitchen renovated (granite counters, new stainless appliances, bar stool seating). Dining table for up to 8. The private outdoor deck has a dining table and sitting area and grill. All new mattresses. This is a beautiful home in the premier location in Boca Grande - quiet block just steps to the beach, walk to town, climb the lighthouse, shop or dine at one of the 14 restaurants with fresh local catch. The house is a perfect beach house, fully equipped for all your needs.

We have beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for your use. If you want to rent a golf cart or bikes, I recommend Caddy Carts or Gasparilla Adventures, respectively. Fun!

Absolutely wonderful spot. So close to the beach it feels almost like being on the beach, and close enough to town to walk. House is really well laid out, so that there is privacy in the bedrooms but lots of really good room to gather, inside and out. A perfect stay!

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in Boca Grande. The host was a great communicator with very quick responses to my questions regarding the house and area restaurants. The house was very clean and in a great location to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was fun and made it so easy when driving to shops and restaurants. My only concern with the house for us was that the 3rd bedroom is across the house from the bathroom. A long walk in the middle of the night:)

A relaxing beach vacation

The house was everything we expected! It was clean, great house to cook in and hangout on the nice back deck. It’s on a quiet street, right by the beach. It had great parking for a small boat and golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Elizabeth's and it was perfect once again. She's an excellent host and clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate for her guests. The house is perfect for a family/friends beach vacation and comes with all the important features...we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful island and neighborhood. Easy to get around in a golf cart! Easy access to the wedding activities at The Gasparilla Inn, the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club, Millers Dockside and the Pink Elephant!

Beach getaway

We loved this home, so beautifully appointed and just the right size for our small family. Very child friendly and an easy quick walk to a beautiful beach. Rent a golf cart to get the best access to the quaint village and shops. You will feel like a local if you do!!!

Great house, great location!

We had a beautiful week on Gasparilla Island and this house was perfect for our family trip. The location was so convenient for beaches, trips into town for ice cream, dinners and sunsets. The house was well appointed, served us very well, four adults and two kiddos. Elizabeth was very attentive and very responsive to any questions we had, would highly recommend.
