This charming 4-bedroom cape cottage is within a 5 minute walk to the local beach. An open floor plan allows for easy living and entertaining

LOCATION:
Located in the North Fork, within driving distance to farm stands, lavender fields, vineyards, breweries, Tanger outlets, and Splish Splash waterpark.
Located 80 miles from Manhattan. Mattituck, Greenport, the Shelter Island Ferry, and the Hamptons are a quick drive away. The house has an open kitchen, a washer/dryer, WiFi, and outdoor area. There are four bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 single) with desks in two of the bedrooms to comfortably work from home, and 2.5 bathrooms.

THE SPACE:
The living room has a large cozy couch, a fireplace, and a TV. There is also an unfinished basement to do laundry.
