Excellent place for my parents and I to stay to visit family in a neighboring town. Great yard and patio for family dinners. We enjoyed having a fenced in backyard for my two small dogs. Good location and close to the bike path for walking and running.

Cozy house. Clean, beautiful backyard but due to inclement weather we were unable to use it. Beds were comfortable but a little too soft. Washer and dryer were in the basement but you had to go outside to access them, and the weather did not permit this. The host allowed us to check out an hour later due to a minor inconvenience which was a nice gesture.

This place is lovely. Clean, pretty, obviously loved and cared for by the owner. The bedding and towels are luxury quality and there are so many towels, pillows, blankets. So many dishes, pots, utensils , even a water dispenser. Entertainment inside and out. Large TVs, books, games, fire pit. The landscaping is like going to a small botanical garden. I didn't have a chance to go to the private beach. The owner was a pleasure to interact with.

Cozy cottage

Niria’s home was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The fenced backyard and patio was great to let the kids run around and to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The location was great for our weekend visiting family.

Weekend away

This was our second time staying here and just as before we had a wonderful experience. Nirias home was clean, well appointed and even had some books for the kids. The large fenced in backyard is also a plus so our kids were able to run around out back safely.

I rented this house as a homebase to explore the North shore East End of Long Island. The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. It was very comfortable and ideally located.

The home is conveniently located for the surrounding area including beaches

My wife and I felt like we were staying in a "home away from home" as opposed to a rental house. The home is comfortable and clean. The outdoor amenities were much appreciated. We travel to Long Island frequently and will most likely want to stay at this home again.

Perfect For Us

This property was well stocked with ALL essential, especially in the kitchen and bath. The yard was perfect for our small dog- completely fenced in. Huge bbq& multiple places to sit and entertain outside. Washer & dryer a plus, for sure. Host was very kind and responsive- would stay again.

Charming home with every amenity a guest could want and more. There was no need to go to the store for extra paper products, cleaning supplies or trash bags: like I've seen in the past. Fresh drinking water and beach passes to use were much appreciated. Beds were so comfortable. Outdoor space with 3 different lounge/dining areas, smoker, grill, firepit...just amazing! Highly recommend and hope to stay again.
