We spent 6 lovely days with 3 adolescent children in the accommodation. The flat is fully equipped and very comfortable. Although Sand is a very small village, 5 minutes away in benfeld there are plenty of shops including a very big Aldi. Very near to everything. We visited most of Alsace and to get to the Euro park took about 25 -30 mins Excellent value for money, Yvan the anfitrión was very helpful and kind. He even brought us a cake typical of the zona. Thank you Yvan

Kleines gemütliches Häuschen

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Für einen Kurzurlaub war es genau passend. Netter Vermieter, ging alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht, dass es in die Wohnung über eine recht steile Holztreppe geht. Oben ist aber ein Kindergitter angebracht, sodass eigentlich nichts passieren sollte. Eonzig zu erwähnen

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles da was man so benötigt. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken. Wenn wir nochmal in die gegend fahren, werden wir hier wieder versuchen zu schalfen.

Vacances Alsace

Nous avons réservé ce logement du 25 au 31 août afin de visiter une partie de l'Alsace. Les points positifs : - arrivée autonome - une bouteille de vin d'Alsace et un petit gâteau - un rouleau de papier toilette, lessive, quelques consommables Les points négatifs : - logement directement sous toiture, pas d'isolation et des températures la journée de + de 29 degrés même en ayant tout fermé et aération la nuit. Difficile donc de dormir, pas de climatisation seulement 3 ventilateur qui n'ont évidemment aucun effet. - beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, nous avons même retrouvé un ongle à côté du lit, le ménage est fait en gros. - four au gaz, donc dangereux, pas de possibilité de cuisson correcte car flamme que sur le haut du four. - chaînes télé qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement - une après midi nous faisions la sieste dans l'appartement et j'ai été réveillée par quelqu'un qui parlait comme si il était dans la maison. Je suis allé voir et il s'avère que quelqu'un était dans la pièce juste à côté l'appartement séparé par une porte ou l'on peut voir au travers ! La personne m'a dit qu'il était le petit fils et qu'il était en visio, qu'il en avait encore pour 10min! Où est notre intimité la dedans ? Ne pouvait il pas faire une visio ailleurs ? J'ai informé le propriétaire qui m'a répondu qu'il avait autorisé le petit fils à venir profiter de la wifi pendant notre absence ! Nous sommes finalement partis un jour plus tôt à cause de la chaleur.

La casa bien. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. El único problema es que había arañas, bastantes . Cada noche me tocaba revisar el cuarto de las niñas y matar la que encontraba, les dan miedo. Semaine en Alsace

Logement a trente minutes de Obernai Strasbourg Colmar.bien située. Pas tres loin de la route des vins, du mont saint odile. Très bien équipé ( sopalain mouchoirs serviettes papier epices vinaigrette pâtes cafe etc...pas mal de jeux de société,un cadeau de bienvenue ( une bouteille de vin pinot nour et un kougloff)) Je recommande cette location.
