This two-level home backs up to a dense thicket of trees, offering you privacy and lovely scenery when you're sitting outside on the deck. Inside, you'll find the main living space on the second floor, where a mix of carpet and tile, plentiful windows, and an open layout create a bright and inviting atmosphere. When you walk home from the beach in the afternoon, you can leave the day's swimsuits in the stackable washer/dryer, bring a cold drink outside to the deck, or pile on the sofa in the warmth of the gas fireplace if the fog has already started to move in.

The kitchen is open to the living room, offering every essential appliance, a peninsula bar counter, and a view of the flatscreen TV to enjoy as you cook. Once you've wrapped up dinner at the adjacent table, you'll have board games, Netflix, and free WiFi to entertain you. And at night, you can all enjoy the convenience of having one bedroom and one full bathroom on each of the two floors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
