Welcome to Beach Front 101!

This cozy Condo on the beach is perfect for a small family or couple and is located in a great Gulf Shores spot! It is steps away from the Gulf's beautiful, white sandy beach and emerald waters. You are also in close walking distance to a couple of restaurants, and not much further of a walk are some shops and an excellent public playground right on the beach. If you have kids on the trip, they will love it!

The Condo features two bedrooms and one bathroom and will accommodate up to five guests. The Condo has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, making this an excellent spot for a family to gather and enjoy precious time together.

The Condo features a flat-screen TV in the living room, TVs in both bedrooms, WiFi, and a Washing machine and dryer in the hallway.

The complex amenities include a beachside gazebo, BBQ grills, a boardwalk for easy access to the beach, and parking space for two small or one larger vehicle that is covered and directly under your unit.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Our vacation

Everything was as it say in all the online material. It was the correct amount of room for myself & 2 teenagers. Had no issue getting in or checking out. Just a pleasant experience & a great place to stay on the beach.

Great beach front spot for families.

Loved this place and the location. Which I would’ve found out sooner that there is a fresh seafood seller almost right across the street. Great family environment and super quiet. Definitely coming back

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Beds we’re comfortable and there was plenty of room. Washer and dryer were a lifesaver for us. The beach was breathtaking ❤️
