Enjoy the Gulf Sunsets from the beach at this Beachfront Complex!

This two bedroom, one bath vacation rental accommodates up to six with sleeper sofa in living room. Unit is fully tiled and completely renovated. Freshly painted with new furniture throughout. Modern, beach themed condo makes you feel right at home! Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, icemaker and granite counters. Breakfast bar has seating for 4. Walk out the door, down the steps, and sink your toes in the sand!

Bedroom 2: Twin/Full Bunk
Sleeper Sofa: Queen

Approx Area: 600 Sq Ft

Condo is close to town, only 2.0 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach. Small, private pool area just across from this condo too.

Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. No private balcony, but large breezeway for seating, just steps from the white sand beach.

Convenience store/beach mart ('Waves') with great restaurant and a package store directly across the street.

Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.

**New non smoking rules:

There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests.

All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies.

In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy:
1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine.
2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest
3rd offence - eviction with no refund

Terrible

The property was dirty upon arrived had to cean before we could settle. Found bugs, trash in between beds, foid in cabinets and several broke items as part of condo (fan, headboard and faucet). Poor maintenance and upkeep. Management didn't act like any of it was a big deal. We actually left 2 days early because wasn't getting any better and management gave us us 15% back but wouldn't refund the days we didn't stay. From check in it was a nightmare.

Perfect weekend getaway and one of the best locations I could’ve picked! Steps to the beach and steps to ice cream, convenience store, and restaurant. Such a cute condo and plenty of sleeping space at a great price

the location of the property was perfect, the condo was clean and perfect size for my family of 4. The cleaning fee was steep in my opinion. overall we enjoyed our stay

Quaint and Great Location

We stayed for 10 days total for a baseball tournament and also to spend a few days at the beach. Easy location to get to and from and also around gulf shores. Across the street is a small grocery store, restaurant and ice cream! We frequented those places a lot. You need everything. Paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, toilet paper. Very little is provided. Bring your own beach towels, beach toys, body boards as there is not a community of items that are in the condo to use.
