Thank you for visiting our Royal Palms 904 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 9th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own and offer units 206 and 904. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation."

A beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from the living room. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.

This unit is a direct Gulf Front unit and is located on the 9th floor. It is a 1BR/2BA unit with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico with sugar white beach. Convenient to all the action of the Gulf Shores Orange Beach.

This is a great complex with an indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tubs. There is also a sauna and steam room located on the 2nd floor. The building is well maintained and has amazing views of the Gulf and is located next the state park which means the beach area is never crowded and you can also walk to the pier. We have many repeat guests that enjoy Royal Palms!We own and manage all of our units.

Please note Royal Palms is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.

We are local so we have a hands on all of our properties and inspect all units on a regular basis. My wife Sonya enjoys working with guests with recommendations for shopping, dining, things to do so if you are new to the area or it's been a little while since your last visit please follow the booking instructions to request information on our recommendations.

Wonderful Location!

A wonderful place to relax on the beach! The teenagers were able to walk to all kinds of shops and for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beachfront location was perfect!!

Great Stay and Great Location

Easy check in process. This is our fourth stay at Royal Palms we will stay again for our next trip. Being right next to the state park provides for an open and uncluttered beach.

Great vacation

Loved being able to wake up and sit on balcony to watch and listen to the waves. So convenient to be right on the beach! Would stay here again. Owners were always available for answering questions on places to eat and things to do.

Loved the Location

Property is clean bed is comfortable. The view is amazing and a short walk to the Gulf State Pier. It is the last condo before the pier and the beach was not over crowded. Jason was fantastic and the communication was top notch. We didnt have to wait for elevators and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will book again with Jason.

Clean, great location!

Just as pictured! We stayed for a concert and it was perfect to just walk up the beach to it! The views are amazing and the patio is a good size with nice seating and table. I'll be renting again when needed!

I absolutely loved the condo because it was directly on the beach,& had a balcony overlooking the beach,it was very close to the fishing pier & all restaurants. We loved the swing outside just to sit & relax. Actually it was absolutely the best weekend my husband & I had. It was perfect for us, we can’t wait to go again❤️!!!

The condo was very nice and clean. It is in a nice building in a hood location right on the edge of Gulf Shores. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I can even think to complain about was that there was no silverware to eat with. Lucky we had some plastic spoons and forks. Other than that I'd rent again.

Love royal palms. We have been staying here for several years. Never had any problems. The one and only suggestion would be for housekeeping to put the remotes with the tv they go with. Not all of them in the bedroom like ours was. Beautiful unit. Very clean. Everything we needed was there. Thank you for a great time

Beautiful views

Second time I have had the pleasure of staying at this location. Check in was very easy and the owner is amazing at communicating and checking in throughout visit. Owner was also great about giving helpful tips on activities/restaurants to visit in area. Can't beat this view from the balcony. We saw dolphins 2 mornings we were there from our balcony. They were visible from 815am until 10am one morning. Beach access is very close and easy to get down to per an easy boardwalk access. It also has a nice area where you can wash your feet off after enjoying the beach. Location is great. Right in the heart of all the restaurants and the Hangout is just down the road. Condo is clean and 2 bathrooms are always a plus. I highly recommend and hope to visit again.

This is a great place to stay and be right on the beach. We'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay. Facility is very nice, and away from the crowds. Clean and quiet. The beach is right there, and we saw more families than college kids on it. View from the balcony is awesome. Kitchen was furnished with the basics for a short stay, cups, plates, bowls, pots pans and utensils. The only reason for the 4 star rating was there were a couple of things that needed repair in the condo, and the indoor pool was being renovated, so not available for use. Jason was great to work with as far as check in and check out, communicating via email and text. He always responded promptly, and helped us out when a family situation arose. Sorry we did not get to meet him in person. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stay right on the beach, away from crowded areas. We plan to stay here again, possibly in the fall. Its located just a short drive, or a long walk from places to eat and shop. Parking is on-site, with several covered spaces. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating.

Great location and comfortable condo!

This condo was great for our family vacation. The location really can’t be beat. Royal Palms is the last condo right before Gulf State Park starts. This gave us a large section of beach that was only being used by condo patrons & a few state park visitors. The beach was clean and a sandbar section closer to the pier provided an excellent location for our one year old to play. If you aren’t a huge fan of the sand or saltwater, there are indoor and outdoor pools. The unit fit our family of three very well. There was plenty of space for our daughter to play in the living area without getting into too much. I was impressed by how comfortable the pull out couch was. While still less supportive than a normal mattress, it was easily the best pull out I’ve been on and was an excellent nap location for our child. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable as well, but it is a bit of a tight squeeze to get to the other side without climbing over the bed. The kitchen has the essentials to make some basic meals. It was helpful to not have to eat out every night. Perhaps one of my favorite amenities in the condo was the washer & dryer. Traveling with a child presents many challenges, one of which is how to clean the inevitable messes they make. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made it significantly easier. My only complaint is that I feel like the unit could probably use a good deep clean. I will add the caveat I have some OCD tendencies so others may not have an issue.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice enough. The view from the balcony was good, and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having 2 bathrooms to use. We used both pools every day, and there were never a lot of people in them. The hot tub was nice and hot. I will say the outdoor pool was very cold, but it made the indoor pool feel nice and warm.

Clean, easy check in out. Loved that Jason was easy to communicate with they also provided recommendations, extra clean pillows, blankets. Your basic kitchen supplies beach chairs & toys. Clean washing machine, dryer, fridge tub was clean toilets clean etc. Had a really great stay. Bed was comfy too! Pull out couch was clean n not bad to sleep on either. Fun days. My family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores since 2000 and absolutely love the area and the great family feel. There are a lot of things to do from Waterville, The Track, Deep Sea Fishing, Pairasailing, Dolphin Cruises and Horseback riding. So many wonderful places to eat also. We would love to share our new condo with you and also help you with any questions you have about the area or main attractions.

Why they chose this property

We really like the location of Royal Palms. It is located next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
