This complex has been closed for a year for renovations. The new Leilani is beautiful updated and awesome.

Leilani Condo is a Gulf front oversized 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with a pull out Queen sofa and and new chair with a twin bed. Newly updated and just steps from the beach. This is the 3rd condo complex east of the Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) A low density complex with quiet beach front, 1 outdoor pool and indoor heated pool. You have access to our sister complex(Lei lani)across the street on Ole River for fishing, swimming and watching the boats go by. The property on Ole River boat docks is restricted for owners only but great for fishing and swimming in addition to the beach front property. THE LAST 2 PICTURES ARE AT THE Lei Lani across the street that you have access to(last picture in photos is our sister complex across the street)
Beach front chairs, umbrella rentals are available on site.
Upon entry, the stunning view with floor to ceiling glass will take your breath away. Enjoy ocean breezes and dophins playing in the water every day.
A new fishing boardwalk has just opened at the Perdido Pass Bridge. Enjoy beaching, boating, and fishing. There are shops and restaurants close by.
NO key hassle - NO - waiting in line to get or return key. There is a lockbox on the outside of the condo.

ADDED REVIEW: Property was perfect for the 4 of us, right on the beach with an excellent balcony view of the Gulf Coast and close to so many things. I very seldomly leave all 5 stars, but this deserved it. The pictures and description was spot on. Cute,cozy and comfy. Right on the beach, quiet and close to everything. The staff was awesome and Gayle ,the host, is awesome. Very open communication and goes above and beyond to make you're stay great. We will be coming back for sure. Great place for a small family.

Heaven on Earth

It was just what we needed. I can’t get enough of listening to the sound of the surf. Very well situated to all amenities; store, restaurants, novelties, nature preserves. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. Only a short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed. We had one issue with the lock on the door during our stay but Gail worked to get it resolved quickly. Would recommend to a small family/group for a beach trip.

Great place to stay. Loved the condo and decorations. The bed was super comfortable, so was the pull out twin bed. The view was beautiful. The beach was crowded in front of the building, but a short walk west towards the Point was completely empty. Pool was great, and the walk to the beach was very short.

Perfect location

Nice location directly looking out on the ocean from balcony. Condo could definitely use some updates- paint chipping on some walls, floor broken on balcony, rusted chair, broken table on balcony. Overall, great trip and beautiful area!
