Our spacious 1 BR/ 1.5 BA condo sleeps 4 & features beach views, washer & dryer, well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, & a balcony with a lovely beach view. Complex features 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis court, dock fishing on Ole River, & deeded beach access. 1-mile from the Flora Bama. Lei Lani 218 is the ideal spot for your next beach vacation.

The Space:
Unit 218 offers beach views from the living area and the balcony. The covered balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The spacious living area has ample seating with a couch and chair/ rocker. The dining table seats 4. Our beach-themed 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bath condo features tile & luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, & wifi. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living area, unit 218 can comfortably sleep 4 guests.
Use the stoplight to stop traffic for a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access and indoor pool. The boat slips are for owners only. One mile from Flora Bama makes for a nice walk or quick Uber ride.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the great beach-side and bay-side amenities at Lei Lani. The complex features a beach-side outdoor pool, a bay-side outdoor pool, an indoor pool, tennis court, dock fishing in Ole River, and deeded beach access at the beachfront tower.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and Taxi is available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival, you will need to get parking pass from Bella Beach Properties office. Only one parking pass is allowed for the complex. Our office is located at: Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561. If you have a second vehicle, over-flow parking is available at our office for $25 (subject to availability).

The boat slips are for owners only. Guests may use the pier to sightsee or fish but only owners can use the boat slips.

Upon arrival you will find: one roll of tp per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days or if you have more than a couple people. This is meant to be an added convenience and not meant to supply you for the entire stay. The space will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned when you depart but we will not be accessing the space during your stay to clean. Per insurance stipulations, we can not provide anything that may be consumed (salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc).

Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency (leak, HVAC, etc). After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
