Awesome Views and 10 Foot Ceilings in this Penthouse Unit on the 15th floor!

Phoenix 7 Unit #1507...You will LOVE this Penthouse Floor unit and the panoramic views from the balcony! And, since this unit is on the top floor (15th floor), you get the added benefit of 10 FOOT CEILINGS which makes the condo feel MUCH more spacious! You will also love the Italian marble floors, large SMART TV in the living room and a large flat screen in the bedroom, upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and more! And for those coffee lovers, we have standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you in our kitchen!

There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the Living Room....so, it sleeps 4! This condo is perfect for a couple's get-away or a small family. The dining area seats four and there is extra seating at the kitchen counter. And, another very nice feature is the full sized washer and dryer inside of this unit. It is so nice to be able to wash beach towels and swim suits while you are staying there!

If you report an AC problem or a hot water problem and we send out the repairman (AC tech or plumber) and nothing is wrong other than you left a door or window open, you will be responsible for paying the call out fee.

***A parking pass is not included with the reservation. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you'll need to purchase your parking pass online prior to arrival. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

Amazing view!

Don't let anyone tell you that the 4th floor is the same as the 15th because it IS NOT!! This unit is perfect for a small group. The bedroom is as dark as a dungeon which is just like I like it! Quiet and well furnished. Super clean and right off of the elevator!

A Perfect vacation!

This unit was so perfect for my husband and me! The view from the unit and from the balcony was absolutely stunning and true to the pictures. It had every amenity we needed, and the communications and responsiveness of the owners was always immediate with any questions. The location was great and the beach and swimming pool access was right at the property. We would definitely go back and will highly recommend it to others.

Great beach getaway

White sand beaches, e-biking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, antique car show, glass blowing and art exhibits just some of the things to do, and sip coffee in the morning on the balcony with the breezes and the birds flying by. Condo is comfortable and well equipped with a peaceful beach decor.

This place was excellent! My wife and I and our 8 yr. old daughter had a wonderful stay! The property is well appointed, clean and in a great location. Shopping and restaurants are so close by. We had a great visit!

This was a Grandmother Mother daughter trip and this unit was perfect for our needs.

The king size bed was ample room for the grandmother and mother, the sofa worked great for the teen ager. Being on the top floor helped eliminate noise other than the waves! Both sunrise and sunset views were great!

Great property. Awesome view. Clean. Easy to get in, go to beach, pool. Simply walk out door, walk to elevator, go to beach on the boardwalk. Repeat. Even with large summer crowds it never felt too crowded.

Great location, Good Condo

My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay at the tried and true Phoenix VII. Locals and OBA enthusiasts know this property is one of the older and more established in the area with great amenities and an even better location. This condo in particular needs some TLC. While everything seemed clean at first glance, upon further inspection, it was clear the condo needed a good deep clean and some renovations. Small details like the blinds on the bathroom door being out of place and many places on the walls that had been poorly plastered but not repainted are what stood out to us and made the condo less appealing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if your expectations are for a fresh, pristine condo, you might want to look elsewhere.

Fantastic Condo

Phoenix 7 was a great building with people always cleaning and keeping things neat and orderly and clean! The unit we stayed in was in excellent shape as well. Just as advertised. Great views being on the top floor! My only suggestion would be to let people know that there are two types of coffee makers in the unit. A traditional coffee maker and also a Keurig. Will definitely return and book again.

Great condo, super clean and nice.

The Phoenix properties are too busy. People with carts stacked high waiting for elevators all day. Elevators are slow and no air. It’s not real relaxing with all that hustle and bustle.

Great location but not clean or secure

The unit itself was as described but the cleaning was terrible and property management was in our unit while we were out without notifying us or our permission and it was not an emergency.Cleaning - There was a smear of blood on the shower surround and a drop on the floor. I called about it and they sent someone in to clean it but it didn’t look any different after. I grabbed a dark colored cloth and wiped the floor myself and wanted to gag at all the gunk on the rang. There were also potato chips in the kitchen by the cabinet toe kick and visible just under the fridge.Not Secure - we noticed the TV setup (box, remotes, etc.) changed from one day to the next. When we asked what the h*ll was going on, they relayed the cable company had informed them the day before they would be changing out the equipment and they didn’t have time to notify. So someone was in our unit at some point, without our knowledge or permission, while we were out.We’ve never VRBO’d a property managed by a company and not a private owner and never will again. This was, by far, our worst VRBO experience ever.

Beautiful views.

This condo has absolutely beautiful views of the beach!! Loved the fact that it’s on the top floor so the ceilings are higher making it feel more spacious. The condo was fully furnished. I will say that the living room furniture is wore out and needs replaced. The loveseat/couch made tons of creaking and groaning noises every time you sat down, stood up or just shifted in the seat. The white recliner swallows you because the foam is worn completely out.. I’m a small person (5’ tall) and could barely get out of it and they all just smelled dirty and yucky. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use an upgrade as well. All of the cups in the cupboard we used for coffee, juice and a glass in the bathroom… all had an 1” of dust in them, so I’d suggest a good old fashioned deep cleaning of the entire condo is needed. Other than all that, we mostly enjoyed our stay only because the weather was absolutely perfect. We didn’t care for the bus load of young kids that checked in next door to us that were left unsupervised. They were like animals bouncing off the walls, cussing, breaking dishes and just flat out being a nuisance and disrespectful to other guests. We drive a long way (12 hours) to come to the beach for the first time in 4 years and hoped for a better time. For future beach vacations we will probably go elsewhere as we just weren’t that impressed with the restaurants, the food, or just the basic vibe of the area.

Top notch accommodations!!!! The view is breathtaking and balcony was perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings!!! The bed was very comfortable and the amenties are fabulous!!! The condo was pristine and so comfortable that we had a hard time leaving. The private beach acess and short walk to the beach were most welcomed as well as the helpfulness of the staff! We will definitely recommend this particular condo and facility to everyone!!! Thanks for a perfect vacation.
