Phoenix 7 Unit #811...This condo is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic retreat, or a family with small children. You will love the spectacular views from this balcony...they are breathtaking!!

Enjoy the comfortable living room furniture after a long day of fun, and relax with our new 55" Smart TV. The kitchen has fabulous views as well as granite countertops with a lot of working space. At the counter there is seating for two and at the dining table there is seating for four. Another table with four chairs is on the balcony as well as a lounge chair. You will love relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening....all the while enjoying the spectacular views. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, new flat screen television, and a sink, vanity counter and bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed for the kiddos!

This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo sleeps four and has a panoramic view of the beach and the boats entering and exiting the Perdido Pass. This condo also comes with the owner's private, underground parking spot! This is a huge perk! No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach...close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Lovely Condo

The condo was well appointed with nice furniture, however some needed a little repair nothing major however. It was a beautiful view of the ocean with a nice balcony and balcony furniture. The location is convenient to all amenities and stores that you need to go to in around Orange Beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exceptionally nice not to have to carry a key because of the keypad on the door. Accommodations were comfortable. We did feel like it needs a deep cleaning the vents especially. The dryer should be checked as the top got extremely hot the one time I used it. Overall we loved having a balcony that overlooked the gulf in a place to lay our heads at night. It was close to a lot of restaurants that were fun to check out. Thank you

The Devil Is In The Details

Beautiful condo with a great gulf vista. Well appointed … everything I needed. The only negative was the ongoing construction (sliding door replacement in all units). Grinding, sawing, etc produced noise that penetrated the unit regardless of where it was being done. I inquired with property manager and was told that the work was mentioned in a paragraph in the leasing agreement. I missed it and when I finally saw it, the construction sound was greatly understated.

The place was nice for a couple, wouldn't go anymore than 2 people though. We enjoyed our stay except my one big issue was that it was very noisy. You could hear people above you and to the side of you and then 3 of our 4 days, either the garbage truck or a dumptruck comes at like 5:45am and when they back up it beeps super loud. One day would have been fine but it was 3 days in a row was annoying. Just was very noisy to us, but otherwise the property was nice. Wish the outdoor pools would have been heated for the spring months. Ocean was cold so I planned on the pools outside to be heated but they were just as cold. Otherwise place was good.

This condo was so perfect for a couple! The bed was so comfortable and the place was very clean! The property as a whole is well maintained and the staff pleasant. Communication was a breeze and response was swift when we had a very small issue. I do hope to book this condo again!!

Beach Getaway

We will definitely be back. We so enjoyed watching the beach action from the balcony and all the boats leaving the channel. Home was well stocked. Only downside was the trip was not long enough!

Great one bedroom get away with a great balcony view of the Gulf of America! We thoroughly enjoyed our basically staycation as we only live about 35 minutes from the property. Awesome quiet time for an extended Valentines weekend!
