Welcome to this lovely and spacious condo at Broadmoor in Orange Beach, AL. This unit is on the 7th floor and has spectacular views of the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf!
We are sure you will enjoy this unit's open concept and find it very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and stocked with all that you need while on vacation. It looks on to the dining and living room and is a great space for all of the family to gather and enjoy each others company. There is a walk out balcony from the living that is Gulf front where you can sit and enjoy a meal while watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset!
This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.
The master bedroom faces the beach and has an entrance to the shared balcony. It features a king size bed and a spacious private bathroom. There is very cute reading reading nook in the corner of the room that is very cozy and a nice place to sit and relax. In the master, you will also find a murphy style twin bunk bed that folds up and is a perfect sleeping spot for the kiddos.
There are two additional guest bedrooms on the north end of the unit. Both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and each their own bathroom that are located in the hallways. You will find extra sleeping space in the living room on the sofa sleeper if needed.
Some great features of this unit include an open concept living and dining area, granite countertops, comfortable furnishings , WiFi, TVs in all bedrooms with a smart TV in living room, and a full size Washing machine and Dryer in unit.
