About this property

Welcome to Pelican Pointe 602!

This building is currently undergoing exterior repairs from the winter of 2023 to the spring of 2023. We will update this as more information is released by the HOA for Pelican Pointe.

This unit is a very bright and colorful unit and is an excellent place for a fun-filled vacation at the beach! Located in the heart of Orange Beach, it's within walking distance of several shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The condo features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with excellent views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable, as well as TVs in bedrooms for your enjoyment, and free WiFi. You will also find that the kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and all essentials that you might need while on vacation.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master is located on the south side of the unit with balcony access that connects to the shared balcony from the living room. These views of the Gulf are truly breathtaking! The Master bedroom features a king-size bed and has its own private, full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The other two guest bedrooms include one room with a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. The other full bath is located just outside of the guest rooms in the hallway. Should you need an extra bed, you will find extra sleeping arrangements on the sofa sleeper in the living for two extra guests.

Resort Amenities include both an Indoor and Outdoor pool, Kiddie Pool, Gym, Community Hot Tub, Tennis courts, and great views!!!!

Not only is Pelican Pointe a fun resort on the beach, you are so close to many indoor and outdoor activities that are fun for the entire family! We would love to welcome you, your family, and your friends to Orange Beach, AL! Let us know if you have any further questions.

Lovely spring break getaway in a greta condo.

Had a lovely stay with our family at Orange Beach at this condo. Located on the 6th floor it provided beautiful views of the beach from the living room. master bedroom and patio. We spent every night sitting on the patio listening to the waves. Beach is very easily accessible and building amenities include an onsite indoor heated pool and jacuzzi which the kids enjoyed. Condo is clean and very spacious and had the basic amenities that allowed us to make breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend staying here. Checkin process was easy and property managent staff were friendly. We had to pay a $50 parking charge for the duration of the stay. The unit was well furnished and beds were very comfortable. ample space in the closets for feeling at home. We would stay here again.

The condo was very nice. The view was wonderful! It was quiet and relaxing. It was our fist time at Orange Beach and the location of the Condo was fantastic.

Nice Condo with security

Nice, clean condo on the beach to accommodate my family. Always received quick and polite responses to any questions I had. Loved having on site security who were also very helpful.

Condo was great! HOA has a few too many rules for a lot of mundane things that shouldn't matter. Being charged $30 for parking, after paying for the condo, was ridiculous!
