Cozy apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen bedroom, a murphy bed and a pullout couch in the living room. 6+ guests can also be comfortably slept for $45 extra per person after 4 people. Weekday rates are cut due to construction noise from ~8 - 3 monday - friday. Great view of the ocean from all sides of the apartment. For large groups, a unit right next door can be rented to accommodate up to an additional 8-10 people very conveniently. 30 minutes from HK and 15 from Papas & Beer and other similar clubs on the strip. 20 minutes from downtown.

I had such a blast staying with you guys . So much fun really fancy kitchen and laundry’s such a beautiful view as relaxing bed I will forsure come back with my family for summer:) Charlie is the best . Brand new property in great location!

David is putting finishing touches on this newly constructed property. Clean and thoughtfully decorated each room (we got to talking and David ended up offering us a tour of the other units) has new and pretty high end appliances and furnishings too. Vibe is very chill. It’d be great rent out the whole place and have your closest peoples stay together for a wedding or just to party together. Both decks are awesome with amazing views and hot tubs etc. Easy to get to, (tho our gps led us astray at first) and very close to the market at Porto Nuevo. Thanks for a great few days David!
