Our newly built holiday home for up to 6 people is located in the heart of the Zittau Mountains Nature Park. The lower floor was designed to be handicapped accessible and suitable for senior citizens. Located in one of the quietest and most original parts of the spa town of Oybin, history combines with modernity.

The immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, ski hiking trails, climbing rocks and mountain bike trails, combined with the wellness facilities in the house, offer the perfect backdrop for your vacation. Swimming opportunities can be found only 300m away in the Oybiner Naturbad or at the beautiful Olbersdorfer See.

Wie waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns auch sehr wohl in Ihrem Haus gefühlt. Es war alles prima eingerichtet, genügend gleiches Geschirr für mehrere Personen (ist nicht immer so). Die Spielkiste mit den Lego-Bausteinen war der Hit unseres Enkels. Schade fanden wir nur, dass der Spielplatz nicht mehr vorhanden war. Vielen Dank an Sie und vielleicht kommen wir bei schönerem Wetter einmal wieder.

Wir waren im September mit 3 Erwachsenen in dem Ferienhaus.Das Haus hat alles was man dort zum Leben braucht es fehlt an nichts, das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, und top eingerichtet,die Gastgeberin Frau Hoffmann immer sehr freundlich und nett,der Standort etwas abgelegen und sehr sehr ruhig aber zur Innenstadt von Oybin ist alles fußläufig erreichbar in ca 10 Minuten super tolle Gegend

Zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder voll zufrieden

Bereits vor der Anreise Kontaktaufnahme durch den Vermieter, damit auch individuelle Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und das Haus ist ein Traum.

What a beautiful and tranquil place to stay

House Selma is a perfect location to restore your body, soul and mind. If you want peace and quiet then come here. There is plenty to see and do within a short distance. The sandstone geology in the area is spectacular. There are loads of walks to do from the property as well as a road train which goes to various villages nearby include open air swimming! There are plenty of places to eat that suit all budgets. The owners are extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area and helpful and made us very welcome. They were very accommodating and genuinely kind. Enjoy your stay!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Wellnessfaktor

Wir waren ein paar Tage im November im Zittauer Gebirge und haben sie in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, das Haus super eingerichtet... Alles da, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist aber der "Wellnessbereich" mit kleiner Sauna und Pool! Perfekt für Regenwetter im November. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Haus, die Ausstattung und die Gastgeber haben für einen gelungenen Urlaub eine sehr gute Grundlage gelegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - außer an Sonnenschein und ein paar Grad mehr (Temperatur). Der Erholungseffekt war auch dadurch garantiert, dass das Auto kaum bis gar zum Einsatz kam. Die Umgebung lädt einfach zu endlosen Wanderungen ein. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen.
