A bad fall,,but nice view of ocean.

We didnt really get to enjoy our stay that much.On our first night their I fell and broke my arm and crushed my elbow.I spent numerous trips to emergency room visits,doctors offices and three days in hospital after having elbow sugery with new elbow implant put in arm and elbow. Your condo was nice and even though we couldnt go out and enjoy anything ,we did have a nice view of the ocean while we wss yhare.

The management company from Oregon made my stay miserable. They texted/called every other day.

The place was nice, enjoyed it. But they put it on VRBO and after that even paying in advance they wanted a security check from a second company for $$ per adult. I already have paid. I paid, was approved but they sent me texts and msgs every other day. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone. When I finally asked them to stop they doubled down and called me double. Because I was staying there for more than 30 days they wanted another credit check. They were relentless kind of ruined my trip. They always used the excuse that they worked from home and they couldn’t control the computer. Until the owner gets rid of this scam I would not recommend this place. FYI I spend at least 3 months a year in TI and own my own place there. Vacasa is a horrible miss managed company from Oregon that miss represented themselves Thru VRBO and the owner.
