E Komo Mai "welcome” to Kapalua Golf Villa 23T 6&7! This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located right on the Kapalua Bay Course. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living space that features a Queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress, Hawaiian inspired décor, and furnishings and a Brand New Central A/C System. The beautifully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances will make it easy to enjoy a meal! This villa has two master bedrooms and is an ideal location for couples and/or families looking to enjoy luxury in Kapalua! Both bedrooms feature a King size bed and are ensuite with high end finishes, quality furnishings, and coastal inspired décor. One of the bedrooms is ocean-facing and includes its own lanai making it a great spot for morning coffee! Throughout the villa there is an elegant, yet laid back, feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. There is a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located on the second floor of Kapalua Golf Villas, you will enjoy enjoy gorgeous panoramic views on the expansive lanai - the sunsets are breathtaking! The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Great Place to stay!

This 2 bedroom villa was wonderful all around. Great location in Kapalua with a 15 minute walk to the beach. It has a nice view of golf course, swimming pool, other villas, and further away the ocean. I would definately stay here again with the family.

Lovely, comfortable condo with breathtaking views of ocean and sunsets. Well stocked and comfortable. Maintenance was very responsive with a mild AC issue. Pools are nearby and lovely. The Kapalua Bay beach is one of the most beautiful in the world with incredible snorkeling. We especially enjoyed the large lanai.

This condo was perfect for our group of four. Some of us had to work-from-home for a little bit and the wifi was great. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location for any activities in Lahaina and North Maui. We had an issue with our AC for a few hours but the property management company was easy to contact and took care of it within the hour once we called. Overall, we had a great time!

Great place to stay! Perfect location!

The condo was spectacular!! It was spacious and comfortable with stunning views. There is a lot of privacy. It was such a relaxing environment and extremely peaceful after a long day at the beach. The balcony was very spacious which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the views at different angles. Great for a sunset dinner. It was also a nice to have access to high quality boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats and snorkeling equipment! Everything was very clean. The management company was eager to work with me on anything I may have needed and were quick to respond to our questions. We can’t wait to go back!

The location is the only thing that was perfect, because the furniture gave so much to be desired. The chairs were dirty as well as the sofas in the living room that I didn't even want to sit on and the apartment was generally dirty, and not to mention in the rooms the closets in a very bad look With cans of paint and construction materials, the door of one of the bedrooms is so dirty that in my opinion they should give it a detailed cleaning so that it looks just like in the photos they promote on the internet. I only got to sleep because I didn't want to spend time in that place

Dirty and broken A/C

The condo has a beautiful view that was blocked by the make shift A/C units we weren't advised of. As well the floors and wall were filthy. Perfect Stays was slow to respond and continue to ignore my request for a refund for the cleaning deposit that was part of our overall charges.

Kapalua Golf Villa in Paradise

Thank you to My Perfect Stays for a very lovely month in Kapalua Golf Villa 23T 6&7. The unit has an exceptional ocean view considering the actual distance from the ocean. The My Perfect Stays team is very responsive. Working with their team was always easy and pleasant. Even after we checked out, Kyle provided us assistance when we got stuck for three hours on the Honoapi'ilani Hwy with no internet service to find out what was going on. Able to contact him by phone, he provided us all of the available information to help us make a decision about whether or not to turn around or stick it out. The team also allowed us to mail packages to their office and held them for a day until we arrived and then graciously helped us load them in our car. All in all, they provide excellent service. We have used them before and plan to use them in the future.

Hot and humid

The listing did not disclose that the air conditioning was broken. They installed small portable ax units [2ea] but they were not large enough to cool the condo and the installation was done using duct tape closing off two of the three patio sliders making them unsightly and unusable. Night time sleeping was hot and miserable. To make matters worse the dryer located in the master bath closet was not ducted to the outside causing even more heat and humidity to the interior.

Million Dollar View

We enjoyed this million dollar view condominium. Having the Hawaiian music playing made us feel very welcome and was needed after a long day of travel. The property grounds are very well manicured and the plants around the property and complex make you feel like you are walking and driving around a botanical garden. We spent many hours each day enjoying the covered lanai and ate all of the meals we prepared out there. The shower heads were very relaxing and having the stacked washer and dryer were perfect. We spent some of our time at the Kapalua Bay and enjoyed using the adult mask and snorkel provided. The beach is within walking distance and you can rent umbrellas and chairs if you do not want to use the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that are provided in the unit. The beaches are very windy and using the rental chairs and umbrellas kept us from having to worry about the umbrellas flying out of the sand. There are also three other beaches nearby. The unit did smell moldy and I believe this is probably due to the air conditioning and fans being turned off whenever the unit is not in use. The kitchen is well appointed with plates, glasses, and silverware. It would be beneficial if the property purchased new skillets and spatulas as they were well used. Overall, the unit was very clean. The bathroom showers did have some mold that could be removed with extra cleaning. If visiting Maui again, we will definitely stay in this area and home.

NOT What I Paid For - DO NOT USE My Perfect Stays!

The positives: the outside closet provided boogie boards, chairs, and a (cheap) umbrella. The door code was nice instead of a key. The stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher worked well. The villa had nice furniture and very comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were nice quality. The negatives: When we arrived, there was no power to the second unit (unit 7), and the thermostats were inoperable. Two portable A/C units were in the bedrooms, making it clear that My Perfect Stays (MPS) knew about the A/C problem before we arrived. I had to reach out to them. MPS sent a maintenance worker quickly to help me find the breaker box so we could turn the power on. However, the A/C never got fixed while we were there for 11 days. It was hot, humid, and miserable in the main living areas. The two portable A/C units were NOT enough to cool the unit, even when running constantly. Other issues during our stay: There was a missing blind/curtain in the living room (facing west), exacerbating the heat in the unit. The king bed in the second bedroom wasn't separated into two twins like we needed. We had to separate it ourselves and use king sheets for both beds. The ice maker in the fridge was only partially operable and wouldn't expel cubed ice. The kitchen faucet functionality for spray/stream was broken. The hand soap and dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels provided by MPS were cheap and we ended up buying our own replacements. There was no broom for the unit, so we bought one and left it there. The vacuum was glitch-y and only worked sometimes. The unit above was occupied by very heavy-footed folks who walked around all hours of the night. On the second-to-last day of our stay, the door code had been changed. We had to call and wait for MPS to reset the door code so we could get back inside. At the beginning of our stay, we spoke with the general manager, Paul, who was less than impressive to work with. He passed the buck on the problems with the unit saying it was the owners' problem, didn't follow up with me, and when I followed up with him, he told me to call the main office where someone was working. Paul offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience - NOT enough to sway my distaste for the poor management and awful heat we dealt with for days. We were in near-constant contact with service representatives from MPS, and only Liz was ever productive in getting help with any problems we were having. I will book VRBO again, but NOT My Perfect Stays.

Originally we had a service appointment scheduled prior to your arrival and were hopeful that the technician would be able to repair the system. Unfortunately that technician never showed up for the appointment, and we were left scrambling to find another repairman as soon as possible which is no small feat when living on an island. We scheduled the soonest possible appointment we could get, and communicated all of the updates with you accordingly. We can confirm that new curtains have been installed in the unit following your departure. As noted in our listing none of the beds in this unit have the ability to be converted. Our team has inspected the condo following your departure and can confirm that the faucet is working properly, and that guests have the ability to make ice. Electronic door locks are very convenient for guests. In some very rare cases they do malfunction and the only way to fix the issue is to generate a new code. We are grateful that our team was able to assist when this occurred during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and again mahalo for your stay with us.
