Never before available for vacation rental, this Honua Kai crown jewel boasts a stunning 5th floor oceanfront location with sweeping ocean views from Molokai to Lanai.

The interior of this Honua Kai "Ali'I" residence (Hawaiian word for royalty) blends the resplendent charm of old Hawaii with the sophistication of modern master craftsmanship and design. An abundance of rich Hawaiian Koa wood enhances the experience. Step outside onto the massive 600 sq ft oceanfront balcony and enjoy the views while you prepare a sunset dinner on the built-in BBQ grill.

This residence accommodates up to 10 guests with two sumptuous king-sized beds in each master and 2 comfy queen size beds in the guest bedroom. For additional sleeping capacity the sectional sofa sleeper in the living room can be converted into a third queen bed. The spacious open floor plan provides the perfect tropical retreat for families and friends to gather and reconnect.

Your party will have plenty of room to spread out in the 2260 square foot of interior living space. Hokulani 551 is within a stone’s throw of the sand and but a short stroll from Honua Kai’s many pools and amenities. Bathe in the warm Maui sun from the privacy of your own balcony because the spacious outdoor living area offers plenty of unobstructed tropical sunshine.

Each bedroom has an accompanying luxury bath for each party's privacy. The bathrooms are lavishly adorned with granite counters and glass and marble walk-in showers. Each master bath offers a separate soaking tub and the first master bath offers something only found in the most elite Honua Kai residences - an elegant free standing vessel-style soaking tub.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances including dual ovens, and a built-in wine fridge. There is plenty of space on the ample granite countertops and we have provided all the cookware & utensils for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious ocean view balcony or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Honua Kai occupies 38 pristine beachfront acres on the shores of Kaanapali’s North Beach so you’ll literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. Stroll out to the beach to touch your toes in the soft sand or take a refreshing dip in the Pacific. An “Ohana Play Package” including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, BBQ equipment, and a portable cooler is provided complimentary.

Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and 5 hot tubs there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and sundries, the Whaler’s General Store is conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.
