Lovely large villa 2 minutes from Vieux Boucau beach. Ideal for families.

Beautiful villa for up to 12 people, 2 minutes from the beach of Vieux Boucau. Ideally located between the beach, the Landes forest and the pleasant village of Vieux Boucau, with many shops, a large daily market and many activities on the lake and the impressive sandy beaches.

The villa has three separate bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people. There is a really lovely living and dining room, very spacious and bright.

An outbuilding in the garden offers another studio apartment for up to 4 people. A double bed downstairs and another double bed on the comfortable mezzanine floor. An on-site private bathroom makes this a complete private setup.

A large green garden with a huge private heated pool and plenty of chill-out areas. There is also a BBQ area with outdoor dining tables.

Nestled in a quiet area just behind the dunes, this villa is the perfect family/friends holiday destination for an unforgettable stay on the Atlantic coast, in Vieux Boucau, in the Landes, France.
