Ideal for a family retreat, where luxury meets adventure and memories are made to last a lifetime.


Escape to the serene setting of "Sierra Escape", a newly renovated home located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Truckee/Tahoe and your own private oasis. Experience ultimate comfort with a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, a spacious 75" TV, charming knotty pine ceilings, and all the modern conveniences you could need. Cook like a pro in the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and gleaming quartzite counters.

Master Suite: Retreat to the Master Suite, tucked away above the garage, for ultimate privacy. Indulge in a restful night's sleep in the comfortable California King bed or the convenient queen-sized murphy bed. Enjoy some downtime in the cozy living area, complete with a kitchenette, TV, fireplace, and private deck.

Two additional living spaces are in the home;
- the “music room”, with a piano and sitting area that leads out to a deck. The afternoon sun in this room is spectacular!
- an office loft with a desk, monitor and printer.
