Mejorar prestaciones de la casa

Las instalaciones necesitan un repaso i mejora, como el mobiliario, aseos,iluminación,mosquiteras, aire acondicionado, mantenimiento de los exteriores. También mejorar el circuito de limpieza de la piscina. Limpieza a fondo de la casa,para no encontrarse sorpresas, como calcetines sucios colgados en las luces de un espejo de un cuarto de baño, del antiguo inquilino.

Decepcionante.

Francamente pensábamos que tendríamos más suerte con esta otra después de de haber pasado unos días para San Juan en otra casa que gestionan ustedes por la misma zona. La cocina no se podía cocinar, los fogones desprendían una llama amarillenta, que hacia salir humo y ensuciando los cacharros, Los hornillo que nos dejaron era imposible de cocinar. Dos camas los sumieres rotos. Microondas oxidado. Muebles podridos de la humedad y rotos. Positivo: Lavavajillas. Piscina.

Brand new chairs have been provided, and a new bed frame has now been installed. A new microwave has also been added and the stove and property, thoroughly cleaned.

La casa y la piscina muy bien, algunas cosillas que arreglar como una cama que estaba rota, y lo más importante que pasa en todas estas casas porque ya el año pasado nos pasó es la cocina que los fuegos no sirven tira mucho carbón.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to inform you a new bed frame has now been installed. The stove provided is a gas stove, which always needs to be ignited with the switch when it is turned on. Nevertheless, it has been checked and is in a good and safe condition.

Lo que más nos ha gustado es la tranquilidad de la urbanización, la piscina estaba genial,muy limpia y disfrutamos mucho de la barbacoa. Hay que plantearse muy seriamente y en un futuro muy próximo una renovación de colchones, almohadas y sofá porque resultan realmente incómodos.

Las fotos del lugar y la descripción no se corresponden con lo que te encuentras. Cuando llegas la limpieza es más que justita, y aunque cuando te quejas te digan que envían de nuevo a hacer la limpieza ya no es lo mismo. El mobiliario está roto (muebles comedor, armarios de las habitaciones,...). La nevera está rota por dentro al igual que el extractor. El grifo de la cocina pende de un hilo para romperse. La persona que limpia la piscina pasa sin llamar y sin mascarilla. Falta menaje si acuden las 12 personas que en teoría cabrían en la casa. Mi resumen casa no recomendable

Maison avec gros potentiel mais matelas changer car remplis ... machine à laver changer fuite de partout très dangereux carrelage cassé !! Beaucoup de chaises cassés !!!Forte odeur ... dans les toilettes en bas !! Malgré tout bonne vacances grasse à la piscine

Casa muy descuidada y sin lo necesario

Sinceramente la casa no estaba prevista de los mínimos q la empresa exige. No funcionaba la wifi. Faltaban todas las mosquiteros de las ventanas, q se de buena mano q son obligatorias, faltaba menaje de cocina, desde vasos hasta encendedor para la cocina, tijeras, platos para todos etc. Baldosas rotas, sin tele de ducha sin cortinas en las duchas... Pienso q todo esto tenía q haber estado repuesto antes de nuestra entrada. A decir verdad, luego Interhome respondió rápidamente.

We are sorry for the standards you were met with however we were happy to be informed by our local team that they were able to rectify the issues you faced during your stay. The WiFi was reset after contacting the internet provider and was working again for the rest of your stay. New kitchen utensils were also added at the time, so it is now fully stocked. The broken tiles will be repaired during the next season and we thank you for your feedback.

Déçue

Location très mal entretenue. Douche qui fuit, sanitaire cassé, meubles cassé également. Ménage non fait à notre arrivée, il y avait des bouts de verre par terre, des mégots dans le jardin, un .... derrière un meuble !!! Inadmissible surtout avec 2 bébés en très bas âge. Nous avons appeler Interhome qui a tout de même fait le nécessaire, rien à dire sur leur service nous avons obtenue des réponses rapidement. La location nécessite un bon coup de nettoyage et de rafraîchissement !

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous souhaitons vous informer que la douche et le sanitaire ont été réparés et avons suggéré au propriétaire le renouvellement des meubles cassés. Toutefois, nous regrettons d'apprendre que vous avez été aussi déçus par le ménage. Suite à votre commentaire, les équipes en charge de celui-ci ont été informées, elles feront désormais plus attention afin d'éviter cette déception aux futurs locataires. Nous gardons tout de même l'espoir de vous accueillir à nouveau au sein de l'une de nos locations.
