The villa

Spacious and bright, the 150 m² villa has been designed for the comfort of demanding family groups. The 50 m² double living-dining room is the heart of the house: large sofas, fireplace, 65" LG OLED TV, PS5, access to the full MyCanal (cinema series, sports, Netflix, Apple TV etc.) and direct access to the large terrace. The fully equipped kitchen will delight lovers of good food: Thermomix, air fryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, juice extractor, and everything you need to cook like at home.
An adjoining pantry completes the kitchen with a wine cellar, ample storage space and a Dyson Gen 5 vacuum cleaner.

The laundry area has two washing machines and a dryer – a real plus for long-term stays.

The internet connection is provided by the latest Orange Livebox with WiFi 7 and speeds of more than 8 Gb/s — ideal for teleworking or streaming in 4K throughout the villa thanks to the wifi repeaters.

The house is equipped with an alarm system.

The pool house with bar and outdoor kitchen (plancha, sink) as well as the charcoal barbecue make this space a place to live in its own right, ideal for meals with family or friends under the Basque sun.

Location

Bidart is one of the most sought-after addresses in the Basque Country: authentic village, famous surfing beaches, equidistant from Biarritz (5 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Luz (8 km). The villa is ideally located in a quiet and residential area, 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the village centre and its shops.
The bicycles available allow you to reach the beach or the village in a few minutes, and to explore the many cycle paths of the Basque coast.
