Bathed in light, this villa will seduce you with its elegant and refined decoration, as well as its outdoor facilities, including a jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool.

The accommodation is made up as follows

Ground floor:
The villa opens onto a beautiful entrance hall leading to the night areas
- A first master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with shower and double washbasin. A dressing room and direct access to the outside complete this suite.
- A second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200), with views and direct access to the pool.
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190) These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath and double washbasin.
- A separate WC
- A utility room

First floor:
- A light-filled living room with large bay windows, comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area and a dining table that can seat up to 8 people,
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a double shower and double washbasin. This suite has access to the balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee and take in the beautiful sunrise views.
- A separate WC

Outside:
- The pool area is a real living space in its own right: a heated pool, secured by a roller shutter, surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture.
- Jacuzzi
- An outdoor shower
- An outdoor kitchen equipped with a griddle for family meals in an exceptional setting

When you stay at this villa, you'll have direct access to the beaches of Lafitenia, Mayarco, Cénitz and many others. You'll also be able to take advantage of the guinguettes and restaurants nearby, including Bibam Bar, Le Bel Endroit, Chez Nadyne and Bistrot du Mata.

For those who enjoy cycling, Saint-Jean-de-Luz town centre is easily accessible via the pretty cycle path that runs along the coast, offering a pleasant and scenic route.

- Nearest train station: St Jean de Luz train station about 6 km away or Guéthary train station about 3.2 km away.
- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, around 15km away.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it, and who will show you the Basque Country as you've never seen it before!
