Ground floor: kitchen, living room with lounge area, separate WC. 1st floor: spacious family bedroom with 2 sleeping areas (double bed, single bed), lounge area, light & airy shower room, separate WC. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (single bed) (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom/WC. Enclosed outdoor area open to guests. Parking on village square. Ideal location for exploring the southern Bugey with its footpaths, Vallée Bleue water sports centre and caves (Grottes de La Balme).
