The best Vrbo property! Highly recommend

Bear cabin was the best Vrbo property I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin is located on a beautiful piece of property directly on the crooked river. Close to nubs knob the highlands, downtown harbor springs and petoskey. The house was stocked with everything you will need for a trip up north. The perfect layout for a family or friend reunion. The property manager/owner is very responsive to messages. If you’re looking for an up north cabin look no further the bear cabin is the best one out there

Extended Family Getaway

It was a great "staycation" where we could hang out, play yard games, go fishing, have fires and grill out. We brought our own fishing boat and rented a pontoon to go out to enjoy Burt, Mullet, and Crooked Lakes. This rental was very clean and well kept. The only thing that needs attention was the front step railing to the porch which need to be reinforced. Otherwise, the property managers were very responsive to questions and needs. No issues, great rental, I would definitely recommend this property to others.

One of the best houses on the Inland Waterway

This property has it all. It is immaculate, large, and beautifully designed. Plenty of space for all guests both inside and out. Do not hesitate to book this house!

Why they chose this property

Our family has loved Northern Michigan for many years. The year round capacity of this area in Michigan is what prompted us to buy something ourselves. We take pride in knowing we are providing a place for our family to enjoy generationally and are excited to share a piece of that with our guests!

What makes this property unique

Bear Cabin is undoubtedly unique. The actual cabin is comfortable and inviting, but further than that the actual setting is what sets it apart. This unique spot on Crooked River provides its own sense of entertainment where guests are able to view the serenity of the water or interact with boaters passing by. The grounds at Bear Cabin have been looked after with such love and care that it is easy to recognize how special this place really is!
