Amazing property, private fenced in parking in the back is great especially on busy weekends. Close walking distance to everything you could want to do downtown Cody and when staying inside, the penthouse exceeded our expectations beyond what it looked like in the pictures . Cant wait to stay again when back in Cody.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better—we were able to walk to some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was, without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, making it hard to get up each morning!One of our favorite features was the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing and people-watching, which added so much charm to our experience.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to come back!

Perfectly located in the heart of Cody for easy access to attractions and amenities. If you are visiting Sunday and Monday, caution majority of restaurants are closed. The accommodations were perfect. Easy to access. Convenient guaranteed parking. If we return to Cody, hope this place is available - we would rebook without hesitation.

The Clearwater Penthouse was a perfect place for us. The weather in Cody, WY was chilly so we didn't use the balcony but what a fun spot to be in the summer months. We walked to all the restaurants, shops and museum. The parking in back as the main street was busy so that worked the best for us. Thank you.
