THE APARTMENT

As you enter the apartment, you will discover a comfortable and tastefully furnished room, bathed in natural light, opening onto a huge terrace (facing south) overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Lérins islands...

The elevator will take you directly to the apartment: there is no stair landing on this floor.

A well equipped open-floor kitchen, but separate from the living space, will provide you with everything you will need to prepare culinary masterpieces.

The two bedrooms feature quality queen size bedding (160cm) and plenty of built-in storage and closet space, useful for long stays.

Note: the bed in the second bedroom is actually two joined single beds which are easily separated if you need different sleeping arrangements.

These two bedrooms open onto a second terrace.

A shower room and separate toilets complete the floor plan.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located on the Avenue Maréchal Juin, the apartment will offer you a calm and pleasant environment with the convenience of being in close proximity to all amenities:

- Shops for your daily needs (bakery, small supermarket, pastry shop, etc...) are located right around the apartment building.

- More shops are located in the quaint Palm Beach district (deli, rotisserie, fishmonger, post office, etc...) within a five-minute walk.

- The Mouré Rouge beaches, on the Palm Beach side, can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot, just like those on the Croisette side.

- The center of town will be accessible in less than five minutes by car, or about fifteen minutes on foot (allow about twenty minutes to reach the Palais des Festivals).

- The beaches of Golfe-Juan and of Juan-les-Pins are less than fifteen minutes by car.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...) as well as the daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
