Ça fait plusieurs années que je loue cet appartement et nous avons été agréablement surpris la cuisine qui était vieillotte (du temps de France location) avait été changé Maintenant il ne reste plus qu'à changé les rideaux et les housses de canapé

Vue magnifique ! Empacement idéal

Appartement très bien situé. Partie calme du port. Grande terrasse orientée sud-est à l'abri du soleil l'après-midi. Pour le négatif il y a 2 remarques importantes : - Le manque de climatisation ! (26° la nuit, 1 seul ventilateur, impossible de faire des courants d'air, l'ai est très humide à cause des évaporations du port)... étouffant ! - Le mobilier, la salle de bain et la déco sont d'origine (30 ans), d'une autre époque... une rénovation s'impose d'urgence ! (la literie de 160 est bonne)

Huisje was goed schoon gemaakt, maar waarmee weten we niet, hel heeft twee weken naar een soort vis lucht geroken, de douche blijft ellende, je staat in de badkuip te douchen, ben 67 jaar en dat wil je niet, met uit bad stappen moet je echt goed vastpakken anders glijdt je weg, voor de rest een prima huis met een geweldig uitzicht,

Excellente localisation. Propre et fonctionnel. Logement simple (et sans charme intérieur spécifique) mais emplacement top ! Vue mer et port imprenable au 3ème étage! Plein soleil et piscine agréable. Attention: bcp de fêtes nocturnes dans les cafés environnants et donc, dormir la fenêtre ouverte en haute saison peut s’avérer difficile...

dringend renoveren

Dit appartementje dringend renoveren, keukenblok versleten en oogt niet proper, alsook kasten en badkamer. Geen Europese stekker in badkamer. Slechte verlichting in badkamer en klein. Geen airco. Mooi balkon, mooi zwembad. Ruime en propere inkom van het gebouw. Ondergrondse parking zeer gemakkelijk. Prachtig zicht op de haven en dicht bij het strand. Hier doen we het voor.
