Small, inexpensive apartment, 2 bicycles included *, 100 m to the Salzhaff, 250 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach, the apartment consists of a combined living room with kitchenette plus 1 bathroom with shower and toilet,
Shipping pier, port, beach, restaurants, cafes, promenade all within 250 m,
very good cycle path network, good bus connection to the surrounding Baltic Sea resorts and to Rostock, large stone tombs, local history museum etc.
* The bicycles (a men's and a women's bike) are in good condition, but of course they do not fit everyone, so this is a free additional offer. Depending on the need for repairs, downtimes can also occur.

… es ist wirklich eine „kleine Stube“, aber sie bietet, zauberhaft maritim eingerichtet, jeden Komfort den man für ein paar Tage am Meer benötigt! Außerdem liegt sie ganz nah an all dem Schönen, dass Rerik zu bieten hat und ist trotzdem an einer ruhigen Stelle. So ist der Schlaf gesichert, das nächste Abenteuer kann kommen und wir bestimmt wieder!!!

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung,liebevoll eingerichtet, auch mit schöner maritimer Dekoration, tolle Dusche, die zu zwei Seiten zu öffnen ist, was gerade auch gut für beleibte Menschen ist.Vor einem der Fenster der Ferienwohnung ist einen Insektenschutz, so dass man auch abends bei Licht gut lüften konnte.Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen und genügend schönes Geschirr.Zum Salzhaff und zum Strand ist es nicht weit.Es ist eine sehr heimelige Ferienwohnung, in der ich gerne meinen Urlaub verbracht habe.

Die Lütte Stuv hat alles was man benötigt. Die unmittelbare Lage am Salzhaff ist günstig für Abendspaziergänge.

Ganz nett, aber....

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. An Geräten ist alles vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Matratzen in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Federung drückt sich deutlich beim liegen durch (und wir sind keine Schwergewichte). Da bringen auch Matratzenschoner keine Linderung. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr staubig. Vorallem im Bettkasten, in dem die Decke und das Kopfkissen gelagert waren. Beim Ausziehen des Schlafsofas kamen jeden Abend neue Staubberger hervor. Leider gibt es auch kein WLAN, aber davon stand auch nichts in der Beschreibung. Der Netzempfang war der Wohnung aber auch nicht gut. Die Fahrräder sehen noch ganz gut aus, allerdings ist die Luftpumpe defekt und man kann somit nicht die Reifen aufpumpen um diese zu nutzen. Die Wohnung hat Potential. Mit neuen Matratzen und mehr Sauberkeit wäre es ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen. Schade!

Dunkel- schlechtes kleines Bett

Hatte nicht erwartet so einen kleinen, dunklen Raum mit einem Einzelbett, dass zum 2. Bett ausgezogen werden konnte gemietet zu haben. Die beiden Taschenkernmatrazen waren total durchgelegen, ich konnte jede Feder beim Liegen fühlen. Ich war sehr froh dort nur 1 Nacht schlafen zu müssen. Die Lage zum Hafen/ Strand: toll!

Top Lage, 200m zum Strand, in Rerik

Sehr unkompliziertes einchecken über Schlüsselkasten, ebenso wie das auschecken. Angenehmer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. 2 Bäcker in der Nähe Die Fahrräder haben wir nicht genutzt. Leider ist kein Parkplatz incl. Wir haben bei der nahe gelegenen Kirche geparkt, da ist nur von 08.00-18.00 Uhr mit Parkscheibe für 2 Std. Jederzeit gerne wieder ♡

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die FeWo entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und ist toll gelegen. Man kann fußläufig alles innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichen. Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen.

In der angemieteten Wohnung war der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. Die Abflüsse funktionierten nur, wenn man die Verschlüsse entfernt hat. Die Sauberkeit bei Einzug war nicht gegeben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die kleine Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und die Lage wirklich einzigartig. Ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke und auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Es gibt kein Wlan in der Wohnung, was etwas schade war, aber auch zur Entschleunigung beigetragen hat :D Die Wohnung ist ansonsten super ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Bett ist eher auf der härteren Seite des Spektrums, daher vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas. Die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Familie Klingner und haben ein schönes Wochenende trotz kalten Märzwetters an der Ostsee genossen.

Kurztrip

Ein kleines max. zwei Personen- Appartement für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend.Man muss das zweite Bett ausziehen und dadurch wird es ziemlich eng.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und die Lage ist genial.Sehr freundliche Vielen Dank nochmals.
