BEACH BLOCK, cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in desirable North Wildwood, NJ, 15th & Ocean Avenue location. One block to the start of the Wildwoods boardwalk and famous Tram Car! Includes a heated swimming pool, 1-car parking, beach gear storage locker, coin-op laundry (bring quarters and laundry soap), and large common area patio with tables & grills. Full kitchen including toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker (bring pods). Note: Queen sheets, Full-size (sofabed), and Towels are NOT included. No Pets allowed.

Convenient to everything! Walk, bike or Ride the Tram Car to everything! Boardwalk & FREE Beach are steps away! There are 3 Waterparks and 3 Amusement ride piers. Dining, Bike rentals, walking paths, boardwalk shopping & new entertainment district which includes Seaport Pier's entertainment and dining venue. Morey's food and beach bars, the new Honky Tonk Country bar, and the new outside Tiki bar are close by. Famous RUSSO's market and Owen's Pub are a few walking blocks away!

NO SMOKING on the premises which includes in the room, right outside room, or the pool and common areas.

Trash & Recycling must be separated per North Wildwood township. Plastic trash bags must be put in trash - not recycling.

Guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach chairs and beach gear. No beach tags are needed for North Wildwood beaches!

The unit was smaller than I thought it would be and we weren’t crazy about the air conditioning. The bed always seemed damp from the moisture coming off the unit. Towels never fully dried because of the moisture in the air. However, we did enjoy our week. The people were very friendly and the pool was very refreshing.

Beautiful condo that was very clean and updated. Location was perfect with beach and boardwalk so close. Also a nice pool to relax in after the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Sad our stay is over
