This small, charming holiday home with pool is located on the outskirts of minj, surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a wonderful setting for an unforgettable holiday. The house is ideal for a couple's holiday or for a small family. Experience a relaxing holiday with plenty of comfort. The interior is nice and there is a living area with kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The pool with its hydromassage jets provides welcome refreshment and additional relaxation. The well-known holiday resort of Rovinj is about 20 minutes away by car.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Ein schönes kleines Haus mit Pool. Zminij liegt mitten in Istrien und somit konnten wir ziemlich viele Strände ausprobieren. Es gab eine kleine Küche, nur hat uns mit 4 Personen ein wenig Geschirr und Besteck gefehlt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und sehr angenehm. Es gibt sogar eine draußen Dusche.Das Bett im Wohnzimmer war etwas unbequem und leider roch es aus dem Bad oft sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss.Wir hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen um Kroatien für uns das erste Mal zu entdecken.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Trevligt litet hus med det man behöver, passade perfekt för oss. Fläckfri städning, gott om handdukar och bra möjligheter till självhushåll med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, varmluftsugn mm. Espressomaskinen var ett plus! Trevlig liten pool, grundare i den runda delen så barnen bottnade och djupare i den stora. Fanns ett rejält parasoll och lite utemöbler med dynor. Vi tyckte om att tomten var inhängnad och utan direkt insyn.Zminj är en liten men trevlig by och det finns både vettiga mataffärer och resturanger inom nära avstånd. Läget erbjuder ett bra utgångsläge för utflykter till omkringliggande sevärdheter där Rovinjs gamla stad rekomenderas särkilt. Att ha tillgång till bil är nog en förutsättning för att bo på adressen.Ett litet missförstånd orsakade en försening i vårt tillträde till huset med ett par timmar men när vi väl fick kontakt med värdparet var de väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående.Rekommenderas!
