About this property
Welcome to the Oderbruch
The beautiful village of Frankenfelde is situated in the center of Berlin.
The house has 3 bedrooms, of which. The bathroom is new and barrier-free.
A central and fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator).
In the living room there is a functioning, antique tiled stove for cozy evenings. (Deposited firewood can be purchased on request at the price of € 100, - per room meter on site).
In front of the Wintergarden-like entrance, where you can sit comfortably even in bad weather with two to three persons, you will find a spacious terrace with a beautifully laid out front garden, rosebower and wine palette.
In the middle of the village center, opposite the medieval, beautifully restored village church lies our lovingly renovated holiday house in Frankenfelde. The house has a large, well-tended garden, access to the village, a barbecue and fire place, and a lot of parking. Our house is designed for 4 persons. In exceptional cases, extra beds are possible From 8. 8. 2016 is expected W-Lan
