We warmly welcome you to the website of our holiday apartment Sylter Strandzauber. In the following we would like to introduce you, Conny and Christian Kleu, to our holiday apartment in Westerland.

Our goal is that you feel comfortable with us. Our apartment is very comfortably furnished and would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sophisticated equipment fulfills all your wishes. Feel at home and enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our beautiful apartment.
Our apartment is in close proximity to downtown Westerland. You can reach the beach, the pedestrian zone and the train station in a few minutes on foot.
But not only our apartment is the focus of this website. We would like to show you what you can do to spend your time with different kinds of experiences. What is certain is that there are so many options that there is something for every taste and you are therefore not faced with the decision of whether to do something, but what to do next.
Our apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house completed in June 2015 with a total of 4 apartments. The house is very quiet on a side street in 2. Row with its own parking space and yet in the heart of Westerland. Downtown, beach, shops and train station are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The upscale amenities offer everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a DVD player, which leaves plenty of scope for individual design.
There is a bathroom on each floor (below with shower, above with tub).

The living room is very comfortably furnished with a large couch and armchair. The kitchen with dining area has everything that is needed for everyday life. Ceramic hob and microwave are available as well as a coffee machine, toaster and much more.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Thermostats in each room make it possible to set the temperature individually.
Environment: The hot water and the underfloor heating throughout the house are supported by a solar thermal.

Our guests can also make free calls to the German landline and mobile network as well as WiFi.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir können diese liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es fehlt an Nichts. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone. Die Beschreibung ist zutreffend und die Fotos entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Sehr schöner separater Bereich im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad. Ideal auch für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund.

Zwei schöne Sommerferienwochen

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. All unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass von den Vorgängern noch jede Menge Öl-, und Essigreste vorhanden waren, was uns in Corona-Zeiten etwas verwunderte. Dies hat unseren Urlaubsgenuss aber nicht getrübt.

Neuwertige und zentrale Stadtwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist günstig in Westerland gelegen und nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone und von Restaurants entfernt. Die Bilder entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die bequeme Badewanne im zweiten Bad, welche bei verregneten Tagen für Entspannung sorgt. Dieses Feriendomizil ist zu empfehlen, um die Stadt Westerland sowie die Insel zu erkunden.

Zentral, sauber und schön eingerichtet

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub in diesem Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Durch die schöne und komfortable Einrichtung fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Auch für vier Personen und ist durch die gute Aufteilung der Wohnung genügend Platz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder.

wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Familie Kleu verbracht und uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, die vielen maritimen Kleinigkeiten passten total. Außerdem möchten wir noch betonen, dass wir noch nie eine so saubere, gepflegte Wohnung zur Miete hatten, alles war pieksauber und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein Highlight war für uns die supertolle Duschkabine. In wenigen Minuten waren wir am Strand bzw. beim Radverleih. Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln und wir hoffen, in naher Zukunft noch einmal wiederzukommen. Dank an Familie Kleu. Gruss von Barbara Dühnow und Helga Toop.

Einfach Perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht in allen Inhalten der Beschreibung. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat dem dort verbrachten Urlaub das erhoffte Sahnehäubchen aufgesetzt. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet und eher über der Norm. Außerdem sind die Fußgängerzone und der Strand in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder bei Bedarf zurück kommen. Danke für eine schönen Aufenthalt.

Angebot wie beschrieben, alles sauber & ordentlich, schön zentral aber ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund in der letzten Februarwoche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und nicht "schön fotografiert". Im unteren Wohnbereich gibt es einen größeren Raum mit Kombination aus offener Küche, kleinem Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sowie einem separaten Raum als Schlafzimmer. Hier gibt es ebenfalls 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im oberen Bereich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, einigen Kommoden und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenstern zum öffnen. Es gibt Schrägwände, aber trotzdem 2 Fenster zum öffnen. Die Treppe nach unten in den Wohnbereich lässt sich durch eine Tür verschliessen, sodass man es oben schön ruhig hat, falls unten am Frühstückstisch morgens schon Trubel herrscht. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern und funktional. In der Küche ist alles an Ausstattung, was man so benötigt, inkl. kleiner Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc.. Achtung: Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nimmt ausschliesslich die großen Kapseln von "Caffissimo", also vorher am besten kaufen. Die Vermieterin kam einen Tag kurz zu Besuch und fragte, ob alles nach Wunsch sei und noch etwas fehlte. Sehr freundlich... Der nächste Bäcker (nach rechts) ist ca. 100 m entfernt, bis zum Strand (nach links) sind es ca. 350 m. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind einige Restaurants und eine Cocktailbar und nach ca. 350 m kommt man über die Bismarckstr. auf die Friedrichstraße. Fazit: Alles war wie erhofft, wir haben uns gut erholt und würden hier gern wieder herfahren...

Moderne, sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir fühlten uns nach der Ankunft sofort Wohl in dieser (Strand-)zauberhaften Wohnung. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht- was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die kurzen Wege machen ein Auto eigentlich überflüssig... Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schmucke Wohnung in bester Lage von Westerland

Gemütliche Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, gute Austattung, ruhig und doch zentrale Lage in Westerland (5 Minuten zu Strand oder Friedrichstraße; Bäcker die Straße runter), eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
