Spacious apartment of 88m2 with beautiful sea view, in a wooded park including private tennis court, 200m from the beach, the casino and all shops. This apartment is equipped with a large living room dining room, 2 bedrooms with large double bed with two mattresses. The first has a small bathroom with bathtub and shower head as well as a sink. 2nd bathroom with shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob.. 2 terraces: one large with 2 sunbeds and table. The other smaller side kitchen with bistro table and 2 chairs. You will appreciate the calm, the location and the view of this apartment located on the 9th floor. 25% discount for rental of 4 weeks minimum. Cleaning fee of 100€ to be paid for any stay. We look forward to welcoming you.
