Our villa is spacious and designed to accommodate up to 14 people. It is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the quaint village of Buis-les-Baronnies and offers an idyllic setting for a holiday that combines comfort, relaxation, and exploration.<br>The property features 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which are on the ground floor, each equipped with a king-size bed and a hotel-quality mattress (180 x 200).<br>For younger guests, a specially designed bedroom on the upper floor features a 180 x 200 bed as well as two single beds (90 x 200).<br>Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy and convenience.<br>The large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a king-size refrigerator, offers a welcoming space.<br>Three separate bathrooms are located throughout the house for optimal comfort.<br><br>You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the magnificent pool featuring a fountain, surrounded by areas furnished with lounge chairs, a hammock, and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing. The pool is heated from mid-April through mid-September.<br><br>A large barbecue on the terrace lets you enjoy your meals outdoors while admiring the panoramic view of the garden. You can also add a Provençal touch to your stay by playing pétanque.<br><br>The villa offers convenient parking for 6 cars, as well as a bike shed for cycling enthusiasts.<br><br>The village of Buis-les-Baronnies, with its local markets, charming shops, and friendly atmosphere, is a 10-minute walk from the house.<br>The surrounding area is brimming with adventure opportunities, from picturesque rivers like the Ubrieux Gorges to hiking and mountain biking trails. Extreme sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy with nearby via ferrata and rock climbing sites. <br>We’d be delighted to guide you to these local treasures to make your stay unforgettable.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE - FEES to be paid upon arrival:<br>- End-of-stay cleaning: 300 €<br>- Heating fee (from late September to mid-April): 100 € <br>- Pets: 70 € per pet per stay<br><br>SHEETS AND TOWELS (included by default—please cancel at least one week in advance if you do not want them): 100 € flat fee.
