Group house for 21 or 32 people in the middle of Sauerland with forestgarden

Haus Hohenstein am Dormecke is located in Elpe, in the middle of the beautiful Sauerland. This apartment has 7 apartments and a common room. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, modern luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious living room with south-facing balcony and a bedroom. The group room is upstairs in the house and has tables and chairs for 32 people and an extra kitchen. The prices are for 21 persons (5 apartments), for the whole house (7 apartments, 30 persons) is the surcharge from € 175 per night.

Upstairs there is a large dining room where you can have breakfast and dinner with the whole company; However, there is also the possibility to enjoy the privacy of your own apartment, since the house consists of 7 fully furnished apartments, each with its own bathroom and kitchen. A perfect holiday accommodation for friendly families, but also for a short break with the whole family or with friends. In the garden there is also a large barbecue, which can rent man (unfortunately not available in winter because of frost, but then we have 2 small cricket for you)

You can rent 5 (max 21 persons) or 7 (max 30 persons) apartments according to your choice. If you can rent for just 5 apartments there may be other guests in the building. The prices are for 21 people, prices for 30 people:
Weekend Optimal (Fri 15. 00 - Sun 20. 00):
- Low season (Nov, Dec): € 875 rent + € 280 cleaning
- Normal season: € 1200 rent + € 280 cleaning
- High season (February, holidays u. Holidays): € 1575 rent + € 280 cleaning

If you book the house with departure on Sunday, you may use the house until 20. 00 instead of 10. 00.

Location
Elpe Apartments is located in the idyllic village of Elpe in the heart of the Upper Sauerland. Near famous tourist resorts of Winterberg and Willingen. Some of the major attractions in the Sauerland are practically right around the corner. As such, for example, the amusement park Fort Fun, the waterfall Plästerlegge, Aqua Olsberg, the Bruchhauser stones with Rothaarsteig and in the Ramsbeck Mining Museum and visitor mine.

In winter, the major ski resorts of Winterberg and Willingen are easy to reach. But despite its central location Elpe is an oasis of calm. Located in the green and forested plentiful Elpetal believed to be in the middle of nature. The apartment complex is located on the edge of the forest and through the large garden a cute mountain stream ripples. Straight from the garden begin several hikes under which the waterfall Plästerlegge, the largest of the Sauerland.

In the village is a small bakery / café where you can have good breakfast or a coffee, next door there is a restaurant with a restaurant. For our guests we also offer a free bread delivery service, the rolls are then delivered to the house in the morning.

Free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV complete the apartment for a real living.

All apartments are located on the garden bordering the vast forests, where a small mountain stream flows. In the garden are a number of games and the opportunity to barbecue is also available. When you leave the garden start several marked hiking trails, including a hike to the largest waterfall of Sauerland, the Plästerlegge. On complex, free parking and mountain bikes in the basement or Skizeug can be abgestellet.

Winter sports
The ski resorts of Winterberg and Willingen offer a wide range of modern lifts and slopes. Due to the existing snow guns these slopes are also guaranteed snow from late December to early March. Elpe you are in less than 15 minutes already on the long-ons!
