Haus BerchStein - unique, upscale & cozy for up to 25 people!
Welcome to Haus BerchStein!
A paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, bikers, ski snowboarders, cross-country skiers. Both sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet are in the right place here!
From the beginning of 2020, Haus BerchStein will open its door after a thorough renovation! More pictures will follow soon!
From the hall you enter the stylishly furnished lounge with a spacious seating area with comfortable sofas that invite you to sit together comfortably. This room has a television.
From the light-flooded group room with large windows you can enjoy a phenomenal view when the weather is fine. There are beautiful natural spectacles to watch from this room. It doesn't matter whether it's about the weather changes in the Sauerland or the wildlife that you can watch right on your doorstep, it remains fascinating!
The group room has two large tables, among other things. This room is also very suitable for training courses / workshops such as yoga retreats / team building etc.
The new communal kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large fridge, freezer, two large hobs, two ovens, a microwave and a separate sink with a dishwasher. A small separate part of the kitchen is not accessible, here your breakfast will be prepared if you have booked this.
The whole house is available to you as a group. The bedrooms and the group rooms are separated from each other by the common staircase. The stairwell is also used by the owners together with the lovely house dog.
Families, friends, workshops / training groups of up to 20 people are in the right place here.
There is a beautiful massage room where various professional massages can be booked on request.
We ask party groups to look for an alternative, nature and relaxation are our top priority.

Prachtig huis
Het is een prachtig huis, waar alles voor elkaar is. De slaapkamers zijn groot, netjes, schoon en geluiddicht. Ruime badkamers met een heerlijke douche. De woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer zijn heel ruim. Je kan hier heerlijk zitten met het gezin en spelletjes spelen

Gerne wieder.
Vielen lieben Dank euch beiden für unser schönes Wochenende in eurer Ferienwohnung.
Für eure liebe, immer freundliche und fröhliche Art. Das Frühstück können wir wirklich wärmstens weiter empfehlen, es waren frische Produkte, sehr lecker und für jeden war etwas dabei. Wir konnten die Zeit noch mehr genießen, da wir uns nicht darum kümmern mussten 18 Personen zu verpflegen.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Auch fürs Kind wurde ein extra Bett zur Verfügung gestellt.
Man sieht in der Wohnung die Liebe zum Detail.
Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und man kann super auf der Terrasse oder auch am Fenster einfach verweilen während man in die Ferne blickt.
Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in Winterberg und Umgebung und kann dort mit der Familie/Freunde einiges erleben.
Unser nächster großer Urlaub (mit der Family/Freunde) hoffen wir wieder im Haus BerchStein machen zu können.

Mooi huis met prachtige ligging!
Een prachtig vakantie verblijf met alle benodigdheden! De slaapkamers zijn geluidsdicht. Fijne grote ontmoetingsruimte/woongedeelte.
Mooie ligging, het uitzicht is prachtig en je bent snel op de piste.
Prettig contact gehad met de eigenaren, zowel voor het verblijf als tijdens.

Super Familienwochenende
Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie für ein Wochenende im Haus Berchstein. Für uns, mehrere Pärchen mit teils kleinen Kindern, war das Haus einfach perfekt. Schöne Einrichtung, große Gemeinschaftsräume und super nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Toll!

Sehr schönes Familientreffen
Wir sind eine Familie von 11 Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und einem Hund. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich Eloy hat uns alle wichtigen Sachen gezeigt und erläutert.
Die Ausstattung insbesondere auch in der Küche ist absolut komplett. Selbst Gewürze, Mehl, Öl oder ähnliche Sachen waren vorhanden, es war wirklich alles da, ebenso wie das Holz für die Feuerschale um die wir uns am Abschiedsabend gruppiert haben. Die Betten waren gut, in den Badezimmern fehlte nichts. Die Terrasse und die Gartenmöbel waren so gemütlich wie funktional so wie der große Edelstahlgrill. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse lud zum Sundowner unbedingt ein. Danach haben wir uns in das große Wohnzimmer mit viel Platz für alle zurückgezogen und den Abend mit den Getränken aus dem großen Getränkekühlschrank ausklingen lassen.
Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
