A paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, bikers, ski snowboarders, cross-country skiers. Both sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet are in the right place here!

From the hall you enter the stylishly furnished lounge with a spacious seating area with comfortable sofas that invite you to sit together comfortably. This room has a television.

From the light-flooded group room with large windows you can enjoy a phenomenal view when the weather is fine. There are beautiful natural spectacles to watch from this room. It doesn't matter whether it's about the weather changes in the Sauerland or the wildlife that you can watch right on your doorstep, it remains fascinating!
The group room has two large tables, among other things. This room is also very suitable for training courses / workshops such as yoga retreats / team building etc.

The new communal kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large fridge, freezer, two large hobs, two ovens, a microwave and a separate sink with a dishwasher. A small separate part of the kitchen is not accessible, here your breakfast will be prepared if you have booked this.

The whole house is available to you as a group. The bedrooms and the group rooms are separated from each other by the common staircase. The stairwell is also used by the owners together with the lovely house dog.

Families, friends, workshops / training groups of up to 20 people are in the right place here.
There is a beautiful massage room where various professional massages can be booked on request.
